Master Reed, a wonderful teacher of truly Hot Yoga, namasté. Show up for yoga, carrying nothing but breaths... Pros: Free CLEAN yoga matts; 1$ Towel; fine water selection; ample parking; Paddys Coffee next door; regularly scheduled; class variety. Cons: Havent tried anything other than hot yoga because its relatively addictive for a physical, stand-in-place activity... whoa the soreness of your next day.

Best yoga studio in the east bay. The instructors are great, especially Sparkle. If you take Barrys class, make sure your toe nails are on par, otherwise youll get called out for it. Clean studio. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Namaste!

Love it! I try to go every week and so far I have been pretty happy with the classes, instructors, etc. Prices are reasonable too.
