The guys at Route 66 are extremely upfront and honest, I was very impressed. My car was severely damaged while it was being driven by another driver and Route 66 allowed me to park the car at their shop for several weeks while I sorted out the legal issues. They didnt pressure us into any particular solution and were very patient in dealing with multiple parties involved. In the end the agreed to repair the vehicle at their own expense and sell the vehicle for me even through they didnt make a huge profit. The person that I worked with the most was named Steve. I feel that he truly went above and beyond in helping me resolve this situation. In addition to their customer service, Ive always been very happy with the auto work that theyve done. They provide detailed documentation of any problems that they find and will answer questions honestly about the severity of the issues.

I had an electrical problem with my Dodge Intrepid. I explained the hassle I had been through with previous shops in the area, and I was tired of paying for extra parts I didnt need. Franks tech had my problem identified and fixed within 40 minutes of me coming in. Im very impressed with their mechanical skills and, more importantly, with Franks customer service. He offered me a shuttle ride, but since I didnt need it I hung out in his comfortable front room. I like this place simple because they gave me a warranty and told me to come back if I had any problems what so ever. I will be back, and I appreciate businesses like this. Thank you Matt and Frank!! Sincerely, Chris

After some pretty sad attempts to get my 65 Ford Mustang running by a auto repair shop in Rancho Cucamonga-- I must say I am really happy I met the owner of 66 Auto repair- Frank I think his name is. The dude not only had my car fixed and running within 2 hours I had a BBQ sandwich and soda to boot on the owner right there in the parking lot as I waited. I hope I dont have to ever have my car repaired again-- But if I do you bet my bottom dollar I will drag my butt into the 66 Auto repair. That sandwich was incredible !!! What a way to top off a GREAT day.

After a rediculous estimate from the Honda dealer. I went to Route 66. I googled them. The reviews are accurate. Frank, the owner and his mechanic are honest effecient and stand by their work. I needed a power steering pump and pressure lines with sensors. A couple hours later, as promised, I was on my way with less than half of what the dealer estimated. I sent my daughter there too with her Suzuki, this place is worth the time for this review. Matt the machanic is ASE certified, his certificate is displayed.

I give Route 66 Auto Repair high marks for their professionalism and customer service. After initially evaluating the problem, Steve at the front desk does a great job of explaining whats necessary, whats optional and what to keep an eye on down the road. Theyve done minor work on my Subaru Forester and major work on my Isuzu Trooper and their pricing was fair on both ends of the spectrum. I will definitely be back both for regular maintenance and emergency repairs.

First things first, and one of the most important things to me: Very friendly employees who keep you up to date and work with you. They worked with my carmax warranty, and was very clear on all I needed to do. I was informed my parts came in the day before and they worked on it the night before. The car was in Monday, out Wednesday and only because they needed to order the parts. I may just have found a new mechanic to go to. Very pleased with them. :)

Recieved excellent service here done on my 94 BMW when my car overheated and busted its radiator resevoir. I was extremely tight on cash and was super stressed out being that it was my primary transportation and having car problems was the last thing I needed. Great mechanics awesome staff, honest prices, and no BS! Got me back on the road in safely and in a timely manner. Thanks Jason and Frank! Highly reccomended and will be using them again.

Had our brakes done on our honda element front and rear this week. They were totally honest telling us we did not need the rear brakes done for another month or two and showed us the wear on them. We opted to have them done so we would not have to make another trip so soon to the repair shop. Totally appreciate their honestly and professional service. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

I have had my car fixed here multiple times and each time i have has excellent service. I own a 89 camaro and as with old cars parts need replacing. Frank the owner is great and is there to put the customer first. Matt is the guy who usually works on my car and he is very professional and knowledgeable. His prices are very good as well. Called for a quote on a basic oil change. The guy sounded bothered when I asked for the oil capacity of the vehicle I was asking about, he said he would have to "put my name in the system and go from there". How hard is that? Called another place and they did not hesitate to look it up and give me a straight answer.

Very courteous and friendly! These guys were great, fast and reasonably priced. The waiting room is very comfortable too. While I was waiting a guy came in with his check engine light on and they drove him home while they worked on his car!

They did some work on my car, they used crappy parts. The system they repaired falied shortly thereafter. They are nothing more than street corner hustlers, trying to get over on people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
