Chino Hills Service Center is THE BEST!!! They know what they are doing and they are HONEST!!! My family and I have been customers for 15+ years. I can not say enough good things about this place. The level of service, workmanship and the attention to detail is consistently outstanding. They service all of my vehicles, foreign and domestic. Henry, Sonia and Henry Jr. are really great people. They have treated us like family from the first day we walked into the shop. If your vehicle needs to be serviced, take it to Chino Hills Service Center. You will be glad you did.

My God. This shop is beyond amazing. Came here because my air conditioning wasnt working. They were so quick to serve. They did not even blink when I told them I was Deaf. They told me that they will charge for inspection. Not a problem there. They found the issues and told me itd take a day to do repairs. I could not do that today. The sweet people told me to go to my home area and have it fixed there. They literally ripped up the bill. They deserve five stars because they are so warm, so hospitable, so respectful. I got a hug on my way out with a note, "good luck"! How nice!

Called seeking help for my stranded Mother and her broken down car. I called a few different places and Chino Hills Service Center easily wins my business. The person I spoke to, Henry (I believe), was friendly and eager to help. He took the time to get the answers I needed and called me back in a timely manner. Polite and professional. If their work is even half as good as their customer service, Im sure Ill be satisfied.

Good guy and as the other reviews say, very honest man. If he cant fix it, he wont charge you but minimum price for diagnostic.
