Went in here to get rear brakes changed. At almost 300.00, they took two hours and when finally done, I left with my they had marked it up another 60.00. Upon taking my car home I noticed it felt and sounded funny. I took it back and they had sent me out with an egg shaped rear brake drum. These people dont give a damn about their customers. While waiting I talked to two other customers who had horrible experiences and swore to never come. After two more hours, they refunded 150.00 back to me and sent me on my way. The only thing I can tell you is beware these people are scum and dont give a damn about you.

I took in my f 150 a while back for engine not idling they said it was a sensor needed to replace for 250 dollars I didnt have money so I returned home and my friend just cleaned the intake throttle with 5 dollar cleaner problem fixed. I gave them the benefit of doubt and went back just for simple oil change and mechanic slam my hood down so hard that they broke my front grill he didnt realize that hood cable whats stuck. They are only busy because they have people traffic from freeway and stores and suckers are born everday.Iam so done with these yahoos!

We had a blowout and needed help at the last minute and no one was willing to help. Then we called here and Milton was more than willing to help by staying open late on a Saturday night to make sure we could continue our trip back to Phoenix safely. That meant so much to us considering we had a long drive ahead of us and young children in the car. Milton and his staff should be recognized for this huge act of kindness! Firestone should be grateful and proud of these employees representing their brand!

Came in for oil change and tire rotation ,they suggested services that had already been performed by them on the vehicle without looking into its history ,when i picked up the vehicle i noticed the wheel center caps missing went back into store and service advisor " Hugo" sided with tech that it never came in with wheel centers caps and then all of the sudden the service tech. came out with the caps and i told the adviser what are those he is putting on my vehicle! and i walked out .

I damaged my front two valve stems in February and had the location in Montclair replace them. Just a couple days ago, both valve stems started leaking again. I took my car back to them, and it took them almost 2 hours to change them, with an appointment. My car was sitting on the lift for an hour with both tires still on before they decided to do anything. When I asked why they might be leaking again I got a very vague answer and the subject was quickly turned.

My car broke down 1/2 block from Firestone. After several attempts to start my car, I removed my battery and carried it into firestone for a test. They immediately diagnosed my situation and were able to replace my battery, install a new starter and fix my car within an hour. The repairs cost was so reasonable!! I felt like family, and i will definately intentionally stop here from now on for all my car needs!

Had an appointment at 1:00pm and still here for a standard tire rotation and balance. Its 2:30pm. Service is really bad here. I will never purchase another set of tires here. Under staff and bad organization here. Never ever will I recommend this Firestone location. American tires down the street lives up to there word when u make appointment. In and out right away.

Customer service was great as soon as I walked in the door. They provided me with a free code check from my check engine light. I was schedule for an appointment next day at 8am. Throughout the process they were very clear, and make me confident and taking my car there. Will be doing so again if needed!

I changed all five tires(extra) it turned out they didnt have all five tires, left my extra and been driving without it for two weeks with out it! I was supposed to get a call back and it never happened! I called and they were like im sorry dont know what happened...Will never go there again!

Not only did i wait an extra hour for a 30 min. job but they charged for a wheel balance parts and labor which they didnt do. I only got home to get even more upset, you figure its a mechanics job to do a inspection of what the "Service" consists of before you say your "Finished".
