I read about Savi Ranch Auto on Yelp and its very close to my house so when my wifes starter went out I called them up. My wife has a honda civic, there isnt a lot of room under the hood to get tools into which means you have to disassemble things to get to the part you need to work on and it often is a PITA. Josh is the owner and I talked with him and he scheduled me in for the next day. I can handle most of the minor mechanical problems but when its going to take me more than a few hours and requires running multimeter electrical probing Id rather have a mechanic handle it. A lot of places dont take the time to troubleshoot the problem and just start changing parts and charging you for them. When I talked to Josh he told me about each step he was going to take, many of them were things I had already done so I was confident he knew what he was doing. There were some other things that my wifes car still needed but werent necessary at the moment and Josh just let me know that I should take a look at it later on instead of trying to charge me for things we didnt need. Josh gave me an up front estimate on what it would cost and the out the door price came back less than that! Honest mechanics are hard to find, smart mechanics are even harder to find. Josh is both and Ill definitely be going back to Savi Ranch Auto the next time I encounter things that I cant handle. Dont go to the stealership when you have car problems, go see Josh.

Ive used this shop for all my family members vehicles (Ford F150, Jeep Grand Cherokee, GMC Denali, Nissan 350Z) for several years. Josh, has now taken over the business from his dad and I can only give him the highest praise for the changes that have been put in place. It was a really good place to take your car before, now it is exceptional. The work they perform is meticulous...attention to detail and customer satisfaction are the benchmarks they use to judge themselves...and theyve really set the bar "high". Work is performed quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Now, in all reality if you want the "cheapest" price in town, you probably arent in the right place because they wont cut corners and piecemeal a job to beat other shops that in most cases, dont do the job completely or correctly in the first place. When you come here you can expect premium, platinum level service at prices well below dealership pricing, but probably a little more than the chain shop that hires people that upgraded their careers from slinging burgers. Talk to Josh, owner and manager...he is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very personable. The team at Savi Ranch Auto will make every effort to work around your schedule and present you with service that stands head and shoulders above the levels the world has come to expect from an auto repair shop.

I had heard about Savi Ranch Auto from a good friend. My mother in Law needed to get some serious work done to her 2003 Ford Escape. Her vehicle would not pass smog and she had never gotten a tune up with a 130,000 mi. on her car!!! So she went to Savi Ranch Auto and Josh R. the service manager set her up right. My mother in law explained to him the problems and what she could spend that day. He examined the vehicle and gave her a detailed break down of what needs to be done right away and what problems can wait a while. This was very helpful because like most people money is tight and she needs to keep the Ford running to keep making money. Her experience here was more than pleasant and I am glad I was reffered to Savi Ranch Auto! I will definately be returning with mine and my wifes vehicles!

About 2-3 years ago, I was trying to find a local mechanic to check my truck’s brakes since I heard a grinding sound for about a week anytime I drove down the 241. After spending time comparing different shops online, I opted for Savi Ranch Auto and sure enough found they were worth the visit. I was very grateful and impressed they were able to isolate the problem and correct it within the same day. Since then, I’ve been going back to them for whatever little maintenance my truck needs. Theyre very down to earth & really cool to give me their honest opinion on whatever is wrong or what work is needed with my truck. Thanks guys!! You’re the best!!

I had them thoroughly inspect a few vehicles before I purchased one from a private buyer. I found their assessments to be very accurate and helpful when negotiating price and terms with the owners. I settled on a jeep that is still running beautifully half a year later. I like the friendly customer service environment which I find lacking at most repair shops. And I appreciated the professionalism they showed when handling my requests. I will definitely be going back to them for any repairs or maintenance I need.

I have had my cars serviced and repaired at "AAA approved" Savi Ranch Auto for many years. Recently I had a car starter that failed and I had it towed by AAA and AAA referred me to Savi Ranch Auto. My repairs have varied over the years on 5 different vehicles. Over 10 years of service and repairs vary from battery replacements, electrical repairs to transmission rebuilds, and never a complaint. They are 5 Star!!!

In my life time I have found two auto repair shops that I trust. Savi Ranch Auto is one of them. They do not try to scam you for repairs you dont need. The big plus is that I have never had to take my Mustang back for repairs that were not done correctly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their vehicles. Trust is everything.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We have had my wifes 2003 car in for service 3 times over the last 2 years. Took it there based on a friends advice and they have been awesome. Not only saved us serious $$$ over the dealers estimate but really good peeps. Love checking out the classic cars they are working on too. If you give John and Robin a try, you wont be sorry!

Wonderful! John and Robin are honest, reliable, and reasonable. My whole family and I have been going to them for years. I very much appreciate that they help me budget by helping me prioritize and budget what is coming next (I drive a 10 year old car with strictly routine replacements - brake fluid, etc.). Had my car towed the previous night. They worked on it the following morning. Diagnosed and recommended to have the car sent to the dealer since it was still under extended warranty (they did all the research for me). Wow!!! that was great service. I only paid for 1 hrs worth of service they probably spent more time on it!!!

Ive had my car in for repair a number of times and have always received friendly, prompt, and economical service. Its all the things you love about a family owned business. Also, the waiting area is a very comfortable and clean environment that is customer (and child) friendly.
