After buying new batteries, tires, and oil changes for years, would not honor their lifetime balance service. Claimed I had stolen the tires and mounted them on my car, even though I had the receipt with me. Finally agreed to give me a one time balance on the tires and then left a huge grease stain on my cloth seats. Last time I bought anything from Walmart in a long time.

Worst customer service. Battery died under 5 year warranty. No replacement, instead was told that the sticker on the battery was the date its good till. (It is the date the battery is received). Left with no working car. Thanks wal mart.

Tire and lube manager is pretty much worthless. Didnt know how to figure out which tire was low in air when my Air Pressure Light came on. Huh? Wow! I was in disbelief! Then I was told 1 ½ hour wait. What a Walmart! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Oil change for 20 bucks, hell yeah! Manager was very courteous. The guy below complaining that he had to wait an hour and a half to have his tire pressure checked is an idiot. Why not check it yourself? How crippled are you?

Terrible customer service!! I waited for half n hour and then they told me they dont have the right filter, are you kidding me!! Avoid at all costs. Was about 10 employees working there but absolutely no communication.

Bad service in automotive refused to honor walma warranty. Looks for loopholes to get out of doing their job and charges more for the the same services performed at the other stores
