The front staff was pleasant and easy to work with but respect for my car was lacking. I took my car in for a oil change and I asked if they could scan the computer for any error codes as I had a complete throttle cut the day before. I left the car for the day since I work close by. When I picked my car up later that day, I notice my seat was moved and a water bottle left in my car. No biggies. But then I noticed about 25 miles added to my odometer, steering wheel tilt changed, all mirrors changed, seat height/angle changed. My usb charger removed (cable drapes into passenger foot area). About 10 of those miles added before the oil change, and another 15 added after the oil change. I could tell that from the millage difference wrote on the reminder tag. They claimed this was for a test drive. But two 10+ mile test drives are extremely unreasonable and I can only assume they used my car for personal reasons. Needless to say, I am not going back.

Stay away from this mechanic shop ! last year I went there for only oil change, they were very nice people and clean, this year I went to different mechanic shop, I found out my car missing two screw on panel plus the oil wasnt synthetic 8.5 quart that they changed me for, The most important thing was I found out "tire rotation". Mercedes benz wheel are not the same size but the charge me for tire rotation. Make sure to see what they doing on you car.

Took my car in about 6 months ago and they changed my timing belt, fixed a gasket and a couple of other items. Pricing was better than other quotes I got and the Car runs like a top. Taking my car back in this week for my Air Conditioning check. Going back because they are courteous, professional and honest.

Wonderful customer experience. Did a great job on both my cars for a good price. Clean shop and front office. Helped me out with a quick front head light last minute as well. I could tell that they were honest and I will definetly be bringing my cars back here in the future.
