Hello My name is Brian Willoughby I use to work there. My district manger there was Isaac Alexander, Isaac is Negroid and with a bit of a complex. I got the thought he may believe he is superior to us Caucasoid people. Anyhow the negroid guy is no good there, Steve the Caucasoid man that has worked there for years is a crook. He smiles and takes your money and your business meanwhile Isaac the negroid is telling him gotta hit the numbers. Brake flush radiator flush fuel service all that service stuff and Steve crooks us all even the employees. He is bad news and anyone who doesnt seem to think so is in on the stealing as well. See Steve the Caucasoid raised a fist to me one day while I was there, My being good natured I let it go but now thinking back upon this time I can say without a doubt I should of complained direct to human resources but Aimee lee is a slouch and does little to nothing there just collects a paycheck another token minority as well. Oh if you dont believe that there is a grain of truth to what Im saying, go look around to the other stores and really investigate. The racks are sticking with cars on them they keep a little to low safety standard on their shop equipment does this make a difference. Actually count the Caucasoid to the Negroids and Mongoloids you get the idea. Mike Parsons, Mr Peoples what piles of work to of the best do nothing there. Firestone is not a company I would hold stock in. Many years ago before the segregation and just after it was a company worth investing but now it just a second class company with low class people running it. So you know that is me in the profile picture actually test driving the Herbie Love bug VW.s k I worked on Chris Stevens car , 10081 Chapman Garden Grove CA. Terrible political stuff with Firestone i think they have spies working for their company... Tom gossip can go to hell along with Danny that Mexican Obama look alike. Real pos employees...ps the bar told me to go to other store.

Left my truck overnight for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation and balance. Wanted 10w 30 oil instead of 5w 30, wrote it all over the deposit slip, huge font and a line under it. They had the truck for 8 hours and all they did was the oil change, with the wrong oil. No alignment, no tire rotation, no wheel balance. Did not receive a call saying they did not have the oil I wanted, they just went ahead and did what they thought I would want! I needed the 10w 30 oil because I get lifter chatter with lighter oil. I went to pick it up and realized they didnt do the alignment, so I had to sit there for 45 minutes while they rushed through the alignment. This visit was essentially useless because now I have to get another oil change with correct oil, and have my normal firestone do the rotation and wheel balance. I normally always go to the firestone in yorba linda, impeccable service and very accommodating. One star because frankly, I cant do 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and go to Pep Boys.

My batteries were dead on my chevy diesel truck so I jumped it and brought it in for what I thought was a battery problem (to be covered under warranty) they let me know my batteries were ok. FULLY CHARGED. Then they told me my problem was a bad alternator and that I needed to get that replaced along with my break fluid flushed and it was going to cost $600! Well that didnt sound right to me. How could my alternator be bad if my batteries were fully charged after a jump start and driving down the street??? I took it to a local guy (referred by a friend). My alternator was NOT bad AT ALL. And my break fluid was FINE! All I needed to do was unplug my ipod from now on. My truck has been fine and it has been a week. Either these guys are liars or they dont know what they are doing. Either way its bad news and I wont EVER be going back!

Stay away from This Place, I called to see how much they charge for a Flat Tire? Ben told me between $30 to $40, I told him... no I dont need a new tire, just fix a flat tire. Costco Charges $10 bucks to fix flat tires, I am heading to Costco Tire Repair Center.

I actually prefer this Firestone over Laguna Hills mall location where I bought my tires. The Laguna Hills Mall location sold me truck tires with whitewall inside and I asked them for a smooth ride. 5 Star goes to Rockfield location not Laguna Hills.

Timing belt broke. Estimate was $200 more than a local shop. Covered all the possibilities of replacing the belt wont necessarily fix the problem. Not good enough for me. They should have a sure fix not an estimated fix.

Excellent job for an excellent price. Employees will look at there own ads to help find the best deal they have going on. They are located in the BJs parking lot making for a great place to wait.
