I have also been a satisfied customer for over 2 years. One of the best shops Ive ever found. I started going to Pro-Care when I pleaded with workers at auto parts stores for the name of a good repair shop - Pro-Care was the top recommendation. The service and knowledge are the best Ive found at an independent auto repair shop in Orange County. Reasonable prices and have proven to be very trustworthy. Piece of mind knowing that the right repair is being done right. As the other reviewers wrote, Bob Chenault fixes small things for nothing or almost nothing and has fixed things or diagnosed problems that the dealer couldnt figure out, things that could have meant a really expensive future. At Pro-Care, they really seem to care.

Ive been coming to this establishment for the past few years for routine oil changes. They have a standard $80 oil change charge for my full synthetic car. They forgot to clear the service light which shows there attention to detail. Also I asked them to help with a foul smell coming from the AC and after trial 1 no luck. Still a great local business to support and have pretty good service for the basics.

I took my soccer mom van into the shop for a basic oil change. Spoke to the owner Jim who got me in and out within 30 minutes at a very reasonable rate. While changing the oil, they noticed a nail in one of my tires and was able to complete that repair as well without charging me an arm and a leg. Its nice to see an honest repair facility so close to my home. I will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, look no further. Bob puts the customer first, not the wallet. He focuses on the main car issue and never tries to sell you additional parts or services you dont need. He wont hesitate to refer you to a trusted colleague if he cannot fix the problem. Ill go to him as long as I drive.

Ive been taking all our cars here for the past 10 years and wouldnt trust anyone else to work on them. Ive moved and live 40 miles away and still use Bob/Pro-Care for all my general maintenance, both major and minor repairs as well as all the required mileage maintenance. Trustworthy shop, will never try and up-sell you!

ive been taking my cars to bob and boyd at pro care for 5 years now...honest, nice and friendly...never BSed u around and does it right the !st time!...i moved about 75 miles away now but i still drive to pro care auto to get anything done on my vehicles...its well worth the trip!

I have been taking both my cars to Procare for the last 5 years and have found Bob Chenault to be knowledgeable and honest. He finds the most effective way to correct problems at the lowest cost. The repair when completed is excellent. Bob stands behind his work.
