I cant say enough about Sean and his staff at Meineke. I feel like I am going to see family and will be treated with care and caring. I know that I dont have to worry when a light goes on or I just need and oil change. Over the years, Sean and Nick have been so friendly , fair and honest. I really cant say enough. I cant believe that I enjoy having my car serviced. They are so friendly and make me feel so well taken care of. It is hard in this day and age to know that we have to take care of an expensive machine to be indepentent. I know that Sean will make this work for me. He will keep my car running and will treat me so well. A Senior citizen needs to know that they can be independent and can count on their auto. My father worked in auto parts his whole life and this feels like home to me. And who can ask for more. This is family plain and simple and they deserve all of our thanks and gratitude. Sean is the best business man out there .

I had been taking my car to Sean for years and never had a ploblem. I thought the man trustworthy and honest. It was not until I took my car in to have the timing belt checked that they installed when the true Sean came out. He made every excuse in the book not to fix my car. He even went as far as falsifying documents. What a JERK! After challenging him on all his cop outs he finally said "I dont have time and am shorthanded." After leaving very upset I calmed down and went to Meineke in Oceanside CA. What a difference in quality, respect, and all around concern. After explaining the situation they put my car up on the rack, fixed the problem with the timing belt, did not charge me for anything, and told me it was covered under there nation wide warranty. I will never go to Meineke or have Sean or anyone on his crew touch my cars again. If I were to go to his funeral it would only be to spit on his grave.

They did the first brake job on my P/U that it ever had. I have been driving this truck since 2011 when it was new. 5,000 miles after their brake job, I had to take it back because the truck was shaking like the rotors were warped. They offered to redo my brake job at no cost, however, they had to turn my rotors because the rotors were warped very badly. 2,000 miles after the redo I had to take it back because it began shaking again just like before. They stated they now had to replace my rotors and that they would do the job for parts only. At this point, I decided not to allow them to work on my truck any further. I have now been driving my truck for 2,000 miles after getting a brake job at another company. I have no issues at all and am very happy with the other companies work. I cannot recommend Quality Car Care Center.

I had a really good experience here. I have had a difficult time searching for a trustworthy mechanic for quite some time. I can honestly say that this shop is outstanding on all levels. The moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted by great customer service. I was even more impressed by the thorough explanation of the work needed to be completed for my car to operate. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable and the service was superb. My car is running much better now that I took it to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any work done on their car and will continue to bring my car to this shop for future car maintenance.

Great auto repair shop in Orange county. I am from San Diego and I was on my way to los angeles for an important meeting. My car - 2007 Jaguar SKX brakes start making noise around mission Viejo neighborhood on 405 freeway. I look for a repair shop near to my location on my cell. I found Meineke car care, they checked my brake system. my brake pads were worned and my rotors were also worned. They fix my car the same day and the owner loanded me his own - BMW so I can go to my important meeting. I checked my repair bill with my regular mechanic in San Diego, there prices was in line with my mechanic prices too. Thank you Azim At Meineke.

Meineke Corporate Marketing Doing whatever it takes to make a buck off of you. They send me a completely invalid presumptuous recall notice for my Mini Cooper Clubman with a coupon for an oil change enticing me to come in so they can inspect my car. I called Irvine Mini and they have had several customers come in with the letter. Completely wasting their time and mine as there is no VALID recall for their car. If this is how they get consumers into their shop I can only imagine what they do to stack dollars once they get your car up on the rack. And on another note, why the hell does Meineke even know about my car! NO Thanks BMW

Brought Audi A4 in for an oil change and brake inspection. Sean, Nick, Omar and the technicians worked on it together seamlessly. The price was very fair! The explanation was simple and to the point, i.e. 3mm brake disc means 5-10k miles left. There is no up sale which is greatly appreciated. I felt fortunate since the rear brake disc had barely anything left right before a planned trip. The job was done promptly. I also just recommend the Meineke Mission Viejo Car Care Center to one of my best friends, and personally will be happy to use their services again!

Horrible Crooks! They told me I urgently needed a $540 rear brake job on my Toyota - that I needed new drums and shoes. I immediately called Pep Boys and got a quote for $200 less for the exact same repairs I was told I needed. Meineke then offered to match that price. But heres the kicker... I took the car to a mechanic I know and trust and found out I didnt need a rear brake job for another 10,000 miles. My drums and shoes were fine. Not only were they trying to gouge me, they were trying to gouge me for repairs I didnt even need.

This place is great. I saw a TV commercial about Meineke a few days ago, I called and made an appointment to check my brakes, they checked my brakes and the price i got was less than half of what my jaguar dealer wanted. They got the job done on time for a great price and great warranty(life time pads) WOW and my brakes works as good as ever. This place is the cleanest , most organized, well staffed shop I have ever seen. I very highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on.

I finally found a place that I can feel at home with. The Midas shop in Mission Viejo is awesome, I went there for the first time for noisy brakes not knowing what to expect and to my surprise Sean and Nick took the time to not only explain what the issue was but to walk me out to the car and show me that I didnt need brakes and the noise was caused by some debris caught in the back? plate which Nick removed. My car sounds like new again and at no charge, they are true professionals. M
