The first time I had dealing with Laguna Viejo Auto Service. I took my car in for an oil leak. I was told they cleaned the engine but not sure where the leak was but to drive it for a few days. I checked the area in question and in no way was it ever cleaned. I took it back and they assured me they solved the problem, and the area was thoroughly washed down this time. I managed to get home and parked my car. It would not start the next time I went to go somewhere, There is an electronic sensor in that area that was washed and just happened to go bad at that particular time. I had it towed back and they replaced the sensor for no labor cost, but made at least a couple of hundred mark upon the part. I am not an illiterate when it comes to cars. I have modified them raced them, built high performance race engines. The reason I did not do the job myself was that I am getting old, and crawling around under the car and getting all greasy does not appeal to me no longer. By the way the leak is worse than ever.

We have taken both our vehicles to John at Laguna Viejo several times and are always happy with the service. Once we brought our car in for what I thought was an electrical problem and hundreds of dollars worth of repairs, and they said it was only a light that was broken and fixed it for less than $20. The woman at the front desk (her name escapes me at the moment!) is so kind and patient with all of my questions and requests. Once when the service was taking longer than expected, she waived a $30 fee without me even asking (I wasnt even upset). It seems like their philosophy is to make lifelong customers, not just a quick sale. It is this kind of honest & friendly service that will make them my first call anytime I have car trouble. Highly recommended.

I went in yesterday to Laguna Viejo Auto Service after my A/C stopped working. With 100,000+ miles on my car, I was fully expecting to hear that I had a bad compressor and was prepared to pay $1,000+ for the repair. They could have easily sold me on that (and many other auto repair places probably would have done so), but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my A/C simply needed to be recharged. Total cost for this repair was around $100 vs. $1,000+. I will be taking my cars to Laguna Viejo Auto Service for repairs instead of the dealer from now on.

Not from Mission Viejo ... had my car break down in the area, and just towed it here because it was AAA recommended. Shop was closed when I dropped my car off ... left my car with keys and a note in the shop door telling them what I needed done. They called me first thing the next morning, took care of it quickly and at a fair price, and all on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised!

This place is really great! I came into Laguna Viejo with no appointment and I received fabulous service from the whole staff. The facility was super clean and they informed me on everything that they would be doing to my car, which I really liked. They did such a wonderful job well done & they are all nice people here at Laguna Viejo. I recommend this business to all my friends and family all the time.

Years ago, I went to a major car dealership to repair my air conditioning. The dealership told me the repair would cost $2400 and there was no guarantee the repair would last. I then went to Laguna Auto and they made the repair for $300 and the air conditioning is still working. Since then I only go to Laguna Viejo Auto for all of my car maintenance. I recommend them most strongly.

My car was making a noise so a friend recommend Laguna Viejo Auto Service to take it to. They found that the left front brake caliper was falling off the car. I just had my brakes done at another shop and paid over $400/ LVA fixed my brakes and the noise is gone. They charged me $47 for the repair and my car is safe now.

Friendly and honest. Ive been taking my car here for years. They dont do any unnecessary work for your maintenance and are good about advising on systems that might need work on your next visit. I like this so I can budget and prepare, as well as watch for warning signs I might otherwise miss.

Car was leaking oil bad. LVAS found the leak in less than 10 minutes and had me on the road in an hour. Fast service, even better price.
