I have to admit I was very angry when I found out how much repairs needed to be done on my dads 2000 blazer, but when I came down to A.T. and saw w/ my own eyes what was wrong with the fuel portion (and a lot of other future repairs) it made perfect sense... Sad to say they were right. Although, I shopped online for some of the same parts, and then showed the cheaper price, the mechanic was extremely honest in his demeanor and explained that these were quick fix parts that would fail in 6 months if they were used. It happens everytime that the person insisting cheap products would come back w/ the same problem all over again. So, you get what you pay for I guess. They are great people with the great quality service. Dont be fooled by the cheap places unless you just need to buy a little time.

Zero star, had Rick do a pre-sale inspection for 90 bucks, said car was in great shape. After i purchased the car i got the dealer records and it was previously diagnosed with an oil pump leak, upon further inspection sure enough fresh oil on the side of the engine. Took it back to Rick and asked him to look again and he said it probably started leaking once I left his shop. I said I drove it less than 10 miles and the oil leak was diagnosed over 100 miles prior to me bringing it in. His answer was "oh". He didnt even drive it a mile during his inspection. Sorry man but you will not get any more of my business. I knew the car needed some work going into it and luckily I now know this shop is not the one Ill use. In the grand scheme he loses.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My truck was running rough so I got it towed over to his place since it was closest to my house. He charges $95.00 for a diagnostic(other places charge 50-75) He mentions after he has his mechanic open the hood that if you have after market parts on your vehicle he wont even look at it. So i had to pay 95.00 for his mechanic to do nothing. On top of this he wanted $285 for labor(says it will take 3 hours) and $150 for parts(spark plugs) to change my aftermarket part to official vehicle parts and then he would take a look. Autozone only charged me $103.00 for official vehicle parts and took me 1.5 hours to do the job myself. Definately go to another mechanic that is nearby or your official dealer for a diagnostic

Rick the owner is a very smooth talker. He will keep needling you until you do what he wants. I am a woman who has a very level head. I guess he thinks that I dont know much. I have done my reseach and I can honestly say that he does not tell the truth. I took my car there due to a problem somewhere else caused. The other place had sent an inpendent tech to exam the car. The report came back and all my car needs is minor work. Rick still says a whole new engine. Also think his prices are rather high. All I have to say is BEWARE.

After using Advance Tech to replace brake pads and rotors on my Mercedes Sprinter, I have to think that all the negative reviewers must be related to the competition. I had a great experience with Rick and Tim. They were generous with their time, explained different options and ultimately saved me $500 from what the dealer was suggesting. I will refer my family and friends to them. Its nice to know a trustworthy mechanic.

Turned out all I needed a new battery, so they said my car required a very specific battery, and ended up charging me $166.95 just for the battery. However the highest price i found for the same battery online was $114, and the low price was $95. So not sure why they are charging so much, not to mention lying about only one battery fitting my car.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me when I needed some work done and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was extremely friendly, and I got a great deal from them on my 90000 mile check up. Im treated like a real person here and its really refreshing. So far my civic is humming along smoothly and I have no complaints.

I like going into a mechanic knowing what the hell is actually wrong with my car. Every time I bring it to Rick I get the exact answer and not some run around. I always hear about people having to take their cars to multiple mechanics. You wont have to do that if you go to Adance Tech!
