In June of 2014, my alternator shorted out causing the wiring to burn and the battery to fully discharge. I brought my car to the Care Shop and Mark diagnosed the problem and his mechanics quickly got me on the road.On June of 2016, while driving on the freeway, my car (2004 Murano) died out and I coasted to the side. It was towed to the Care Shop. Marks mechanic diagnosed it as another alternator burn out. Now the good part. Mark has a 3 year warranty on parts and labor on most work. They replaced my alternator and main fuse terminal and checked my battery for $0. This company, stands behind their work. Its a rare thing today to have such honorable mechanic shops. The really do "Care".

Mark and Rose are the best. I dont think this is the place to get low-ball-cheapest-price-who-knows-what-kind-of-work-you-get service. This is the place where they will check out your car, give you the list of what it needs, show you the priority of things, and give a fair, honest price. Even though they get busy, their timing was always great for me. All the work they did for me was excellent.

This place is great! Very trustworthy, and after trying several places throughout the IE this is the only place that I will bring my cars to. Great customer service and they even offer a shuttle service, so that I can drop off my car and not have to miss work. I highly recommend!
