Try calling RPM right now, and Ill bet they answer the phone. That really stands out to me. Theyre responsive and know what theyre doing. Will be suggesting to fellow investors. And they werent kidding when they said their average of renting a house out is 21 days! Sooner than that for me.

This is a great company for property management places Ive ever seen. They have amazing customer service. The thing I liked most about them is they let you look at houses by yourself without having any pressure from anyone!

Not happy with this company. Terrible communication regarding my property. They rented to a bum client and we are 4 months with no payments, only fees for RPM.
