Best moving experience EVER! Let me start with the fact that I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran, with that comes a lot of anxiety, I hadnt moved in 10 years because of it. The mere thought of it was crippling. But it had to be done, and on the recommendation of my best friend whom had just used Melrose Movers I was sold! I was immediately put at ease when calling and booking the move, I explained my situation and the lady on the phone was more than understanding and accommodating to my needs. I would need four guys and a large truck! Konstantin, Ozzy, Jene, and Marat were AMAZING!!!!! So kind and understanding, quick and strait to the move! (I had everything packed and ready less a few items that needed wrapping) They called and arrived shortly before 8:30 and got to work immediately! I was put at ease right away! They not only removed the vast amount of items Ive spent the last 10 years accumulating but not once made me to feel anything but confident that they were professionals! They even hauled out the room of garbage and unwanted furniture. We had to make a decision on a large piece of furniture and without pressure or rushing I was let to make my decision on whether or not to keep the piece of furniture, unfortunately due to its size we were unable to salvage it and the boys did a wonderful job of taking it apart and throwing it out. I cant believe I was so apprehensive about this move when these guys did nothing but ease my concerns and make it a very pleasant experience. Once we got to the new place, after apologizing for the 48 stairs they got to work! (Even having to remove an old refrigerator that had been left in the new unit) We took one small break where I found the boys to be friendly and pleasant and enjoyed speaking with them on a more personal level, then back to work! They unwrapped everything and helped me set up a few things. One of the guys even noticed the toilet was busted and I was able to have the landlady fix it that day! (Whew that would have sucked to have found later!) We got this move done in five hours flat! Talk about unreal! (But thank goodness as it had started to rain!) I cannot thank these boys enough! Konstantin, Ozzy, Jene, and Marat are in my opinion actual heroes! If I ever move or know someone who is these guys will be the only names on my list of recommendations! Thank you for the pleasant and easy moving experience! I really can not recommend a better company! (Ask for those boys, they were great together)

This is my second time using Melrose Moving Company. I cant get enough of this company! They are absolutely amazing. My experience has been wonderful. The second time around has been even better than the first, which is really hard to do. My friend, who is also a customer of Melrose referred the company to me. After reading several great reviews, I decided that Melrose Moving Co. Was the company for me. I am very happy with my decision. I recommend to any and all! The first time Eric and Robert came. They did an excellent job. The move took a while because they both took the time to make sure all of my items were wrapped well. Any item that had to be assembled was neatly organized and packaged with all the parts (I.e. screws, bolts, etc. ). I mean they even wrapped my microwave and printers. They stopped at two drop off locations. They were able to effectively store my stuff in a very small storage space. This time I ordered four delivery guys - Paul, Illya, Albert, and Brian . Boy were they amazing! They were able to load my storage into the truck in less than an hour. They were all very friendly. They assembled quite quickly! They even did handy bits of work with the tools I had. I offered them drinks and food and they all declined. They were a fine group of young man and I am more than happy to leave a generous tip and excellent reviews on every site I can think of. Melrose Moving is top quality. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I think they are trustworthy as well. They always made sure my valuables, like my purse, were safe. I couldnt be more pleased. I will use them every time !

Paul and Raul made my moving experience easy and stress free. They arrived early and were extremely professional. They handled my belongings with the upmost care. They packaged everything safely and made sure that everything was protected. There was no bumps, scratches, chips in my stuff. Everything was in perfect condition. Their attention to detail was amazing, they made sure not to scratch my wood floors, not bump door ways, they were fantastic. My handled my large furniture, electronics, and heavy refrigerator with ease and precision. It was very impressive. On top of offering such a high caliber of service, they were great people, friendly and courteous. Very receptive and respectful. I would absolutely recommend Melrose Moving Los Angeles to everyone for their moving needs. I will absolutely be using their services next time I move. Today I had Melrose Moving company take a bunch of stuff in my garage to a storage facility about 7 miles away. The crew, Sergey and his partner (sorry did not catch his name) arrived on time (actually a bit early), helped us with wrapping stuff before loading the truck. They helped with clearing out the garage so when they were done, it looked like a garage instead of a storage shed. Then we drove off to the facility where they unloaded and carried the stuff upstairs to the storage area. They were careful in the entire process making sure nothing got damaged. They were also very quick and methodical as to not waste any time (recall we were paying by the hour!). They placed the stuff very efficiently in the storage area and were very willing to move stuff around per my request. In all, they were very friendly and helpful and really made the moving experience a pleasant one! I would recommend them very strongly !

Very professional! Johnny and his crew moved my boyfriend across town into an apartment we will be sharing. Lots of big furniture and boxes, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I will soon be moving into the same apartment, and we will definitely be using Melrose Moving to move my stuff in as well, and we will be requesting Johnny! They did a fantastic job wrapping/unwrapping all large furniture items. They also requested specific directions for where to put items and boxes in the new place, and neatly arranged everything to help with the unpacking. One item was damaged in the move, and they handled it extremely professionally, reimbursing for the price of the item, and ensuring that we were happy with the agreed upon compensation. Its always a risk that items will get damaged in a move, but Melrose Moving will definitely take care of you if that happens! 100% satisfied and would recommend!

When calling for a quote I recommend not dealing with Rinata (this may be difficult as she answers the phone). Ask for someone else if possible. She doesnt seem to have the patience required to answer all those tedious questions customers have. We all know how stressful it is to move and the last thing we need is impatience from the mover!! I did ask to speak to someone else and her reply was: "we wouldnt be a good fit.." . That seemed a bit harsh and unprofessional to me. News flash, Rinata, we arent getting married here and it behooves you learn how to handle and deal with all types of situations - moving is extremely stressful so you need to cut people some slack or think about doing something else for a living. No problem for me as theres a lot of competition out there. Onward and Upward.
