I had a misfire on cylinder 4 on my Corolla 99 (code P0304). My sister who is not mechanical savvy took the car to the shop. they charged her 135 $ for Diagnostic. The diagnostic in the print out shows every possible problem that could cause a misfire. The technician did not investigate or troubleshoot any issue. The printout recommended replacing the whole car fuel system and they wanted to charge more than 1500$ which is no sense. I came back 2 weeks later to ask the shop what was the result of diagnostic and I have been told by a lady who works there (early January) that the fuel injector was in fault and needed to be replaced at a minimum. I did not trust the info so I went ahead and I changed the plug wires (bought a new set of wires from OReilly for 50$). When changing my set of wires I found out that the Midas technician broke the wire while he was trying to pull it out (most likely because the cable was old). He put it back in without mentioning any of that. He even forgot a screw driver with a hook inside the car with a piece of broken plastic from the wire. I went back to the shop and I asked for a refund as I feel the diagnostic was not carried professionally or properly and I mentioned the broken cable episode to the owner. All he could tell me is that he cannot do anything for me and he did not trust I did not change anything in the car but the plug wires. He was very rude and careless during our interaction. All in all I feel this shop is not trustworthy and they clearly try to take advantage of clients who do not know much about the mechanical problem. I did not feel at any instant that I was valued as a customer. I do not recommend to anyone to do business here!

The owner is so unprofessional, rude & inconsiderate. First, I was told I can come in early and they might be able to squeeze me in. When I arrived he huffed and puffed about me being there early and repeatedly told me that there was cars in front of me. Second, I had my dogs in the car. One which was a service dog and he scoffed at me and told me I would have to leave if a customer came in that was scared of dogs... A SERVICE DOG. Im sorry, thats a lawsuit right there. He treats his employees like dirt. There is a female employee (April) that is very sweet & helpful. He constantly talks down to her and is very snappy with her. Very disrespectful. He then tried to charge me $79.99 for an oil change in a Chevy. I dont even pay that in my Audi... Needless to say, I will never return. I feel very sorry for his employees. No one should be treated in the way he treats his.

My car is older with around 110k miles, so I asked for the High-Mileage service which also included a tire rotation. I was greeted promptly and courteously. In-n-out time was about 30 minutes, primarily because another vehicle was ahead of mine. Out the door, including tax, the cost was about $55. I didnt experience/encounter any upsale pressure. The technician showed/told me that my brake fluid would need service soon, but its attention wasnt critical to my cars safety. Thanks!

Extremely bad service. I especially made an appointment, since had to leave that day. When I came, they told me that there is no any appointment for me. Instead of at least an apology, the women who worked there that day was giving me an attitude. She said that it would take them more than an hour to change oil and asked me if I still want to do it. I said "no, thanks" and walked away and she was showing her attitude when I was on my way out. Terrible, terrible costumer service.

Brought my car in for a free brake inspection because I heard a bad grinding sound. Gave me a free estimate, that seemed high until I called around. Dealer was $300 more, and didnt offer a lifetime warranty. The crew at Midas got the job done in the same day for less, and I now have lifetime warranty on my pads. Ill be saving on brakes for as long as I own the car. Couldnt ask for better service. Friendly and honest.

My husband and I came from LA and leaving tomorrow. We were looking for a place that could check out our brakes and Sam was kind enough to take a look at the car after only having less than 1 office hours. Get ready for a few surprises if you have an oil change from anyone else a couple months down the road. Apparently they are super quick here due to theyre carelessness on your car. Go elsewhere, they wont even try to fix your problem or warranty any work over 90 days. Quick short fixes only.

The relatively new owner is very professional and helpful with the car. Doesnt try up sell on non necessary parts. I know when I leave with my $20 oil change that my car will be running well till my next oil change!
