They earned each of these five stars. If we come in with a small problem, they fix it right away - no waiting. When our older Sequoia had a vibration problem at high speed. Even though someone else had worked on it after an accident. They re-balanced and realigned the tires for free (because we purchased the tires from them), and when that was not perfect, and we offered to pay them for a re-do, and thorough inspection they unmounted the tires from the wheels and made it a totally smooth ride when done. Again with no charge. Next time Ill bring donuts. !

The customer service at this store is simply amazing. I took my car in this morning to have a flat tire fixed. They were busy, but since my job looked easy(nail in the tire), they worked on it while I waited and I had my car back in 15 minutes. To top it all, they would not accept payment! This has happened to me twice in the past. They certainly have my loyalty and I will be going back to give them by business when I have to replace my tires. It is a rarity to find a place like this in this day and age. Highly recommended.

Nice guys in the front desk, but thats it. I changed tires in this shop, and after that went to Petaluma (from Mountain View). Just enter the highway I heard weird noise in the wheels. I thought, thats not a big deal, and continue to drive. But noise was louder and louder. When I arrived in Petaluma I went to "Big O Tires" and guess what: my front left wheel was holding only on 1 bolt - 4 others wasnt tight!!!!! I was risking my life, and thinking thats service like that shouldnt exist at all. NOT RECOMENDED

Super friendly staff, great pricing and quick work. They were incredibly honest in their pricing and I couldnt ask for better customer service. The staff knows their way around high end vehicles, too, so safe to say they can be trusted with your luxury / sports car. Highly recommend this shop for anyone living in the area.
