Have to commend this place for a lot of things. First, they took my car in for a free assessment for tire noise. Thats very valuable. They gave us a diagnosis within three hours (on a Sunday). They held the car overnight, and I was able to get it before work the next day (opens at 7am). Second, they were a bit understaffed but very courteous and polite. Their pricing was very fair, and transparent. The one downside is that there was an even bigger problem with the car that they missed. So, if you are going to get work done, it might take double the time for the fact that they do not inspect everything, and it could mean you leave forgetting to get a whole car inspection, and then an even bigger problem hits. Minor drawback, but not to be forgotten. I have used Wheel Works in the past, and I cannot complain about the quality, speed of work, and pricing. I do recommend if you are in need of a quick repair, new wheels (great deals on new tires, honestly), and general maintenance.

Manager claims they have a company policy that they can not install parts that a customer provides and that all parts installed must be purchased through them. When asked to show proof of said policy in writing, or displayed someplace, the manager stated he didnt have it written anywhere. Pretty shady practice, if I wanted to buy the same parts at marked up prices I would go to a dealership. I offered to show my receipt for the parts to the shop to verify the chain of purchase and that the parts in question were indeed from a legitimate source, but that did not matter. Seems like this"policy" is in place to pad their sales. Found another shop thats local that did not have any problem installing my supplied parts (Bosch parking brake pads and replacement set for the record).

I have high praise for Wheel Works. I had some complicated and expensive suspension work done. After two days it was clearly not right. After several attempts by Wheel Works to fix the problem that did not work, they said that they thought the parts from the original manufacturer of the car were defective. They got new parts, did the entire job over, and now the car is perfect. Throughout, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They said that they would make it right no matter what it took, and they did. I have special thanks to Heath the service manager and Vince the manager. I think the most important thing in getting work done is when it is not right, the place fixes it without trying to squirm out of it or place the blame on the customer.

They replaced 2 tires because of a nail in one of them which appeared to be not needed at all. That costed me $300. Another time I went to another tire service with the same problem. To pull out the nail and fix the tire costed $15. Giving 3 stars just because I dont want to be unfair. Im not completely sure that the tire could be repaired (maybe the puncture was larger than ¼ inch (6 mm) or was outside repairable tread area), but it looked the same as in the second case and it was successfully repaired. So at least double check such cases with another service.

I go to Wheel Works because theyre just a mile and a half from the Tesla dealership, and Tesla service is almost never available same-day, so if you have a tire-only issue they send you to Wheel Works. I usually drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, and for my last 5 or 6 visits, theyve always done a fine job, and theyve lived up to their warranty of repairing flats in tires they sell to you, which is important because where I work, theres a lot of construction crews that tend to leave nails and screws in the parking lots.

Thomas is a Snake Oil Sales Man he is not true to his word Wheel Works will sell you good tires but you must go there informed DO NOT TRUST THAT CLOWN!!!!!!!! This location was close to my Wifes job and to where we had our car serviced otherwise I would of never of had the the distinct displeasure of meeting such a rude discourteous unprofessional boor. Up until now I believed Wheel Works employed better people Shame on me.

Good prices. Good warranty, but you have to go back for checkups, which is inconvenient, because its by mileage, and youre not likely to notice that youve driven 5,000 miles and less likely to be available to sit around for 2 hours while they get around to checking your tires. Thats okay for buying the tires or having them repaired/aligned/balanced, but a pain every 5,000 miles.

First came here 10 years ago with a screw in my tire. I asked "How much to fix it?" They said "how does free sound?" I had never set foot in the place before and never bought anything from them. Since then, at least two sets of tires, as well as rotations and oil changes. Always good friendly and reliable service.

Had a blowout one afternoon, and needed a new replacement. Brought the tire in at 10:00, they had it all finished, mounted and ready by 1:30. FAST service, courteous staff. Quoted me a price over the phone and thats what it ended up out the door. I WILL BE COMING BACK FOR SURE IN THE FUTURE.

I have bought at least 6 sets of tires from this location and have always been treated well. Theyve had what I needed in stock and matched or come close to online quotes. The service has been fast and reliable and when Ive had nail punctures, theyve fixed them quickly and free.

Only been here once for an alignment after I did my tie rods and control arms. Gave them the keys, paid them, and when I got my car back the wheels were straight, so Id say they pretty much did what they said theyd do. The guys there were nice and the work was done fine.

Had a great experience dropping in on a weekend to get a battery swapped. The team treated me well (even though my car died while parked in front of a bay), went out to fetch a part from a neighboring store, and did the service in record time. Very nicely done.

Moe was very kind and helpful!!! He was very polite to help us out and fill our van up with air! It was actually over pressure so it was great getting a professionals look to get it at the correct tire pressure. Wonderful fast service with a smile!

Good tire replacement and alignment. Although the quality of the work varies with the staff from time to time, their current work is excellent. The staff at the WW Sunnyvale store is horrible by comparison.

The friendly staff repaired my tire reasonably quickly, and they only charged $29! They took the time to answer my questions. Great experience, despite the fact that getting a flat is never fun.
