If I could give any less I would. First off let me start by saying that if my employees (owner of two businesses and in the military) ever told me "I dont want to" or "no", especially in front of a customer...lets just say they would no longer be employed by me...period! I walked in with my Dad to help him get a battery for his truck. My Dad is an older gentleman and I didnt want him carrying the battery because it is very heavy. So, I approached the manager that I was suppose to see and asked if there was a cart available to wheel the battery in. (Which I had no problem doing) He said "sure!" And asked his employee (a red shirt) Victoria if she could clear a cart and help us out. She huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes, and then said "really? You want me to move all this stuff off the cart to get a battery?" He said "yes" and then she persisted to give attitude and said she didnt feel like it. At this point my dad and I are very uncomfortable and my Dad is the type of person who doesnt like to inconvenience anyone so, he walks away to stand over in an isle while I pay. In The mean time she gets the cart cleared...passes me and then turns around and says "uh, hello! I kind of need to know who Im following to get the battery" keep in mind my Dad is now standing right next to her and looks at me with a very uncomfortable face letting me know that hes ready to leave at this point. This immediately makes me livid! Be rude to me all you want because Ill handle it but be rude to my father and youve got your self another story. I look at her manager to see what hes going to do and he doesnt put her in check at all. So, I tell her who to follow since shes that incompetent to understand who shes helping. Maybe if auto zone payed more attention in training their employees their wouldnt have been an issue(a little advice, if one is going to work in customer service one might want to develop some manners and people skills. And pull their head out of the clouds and stop being ruse...preferred a different choice of words but this is a review) and someone would actually know who they were suppose to help. Helping someone with a cart doesnt require much intelligence. Some employees are clearly in the wrong career field. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and I will NEVER go back to yuba city auto zone as long as customer service like this is still being conducted. I will also make sure my friends and family do not grace Auto zone with their presence. All I have to say is they are lucky I have respect for my father because my choice of words would have been very different had he not been present. This is the short version of the stuff they pulled. How this location is still open is remarkable.

Store manager and associate sold me four gabriel shocks for my vehicle. Two of the boxes appear that they had been opened in the past and taped closed. In one of the taped box it did contain the shock, but was missing the spacers, washers, and nut that accompanies new shocks. The store needs to make sure all products are sold with the proper materials needed for installation.

I have been to Canadian tire before. The workers here look like they are crack heads and take a lot of drugs and have tattoos all over. Really wasnt a pleasant experience. Should hire good workers and they seem to know really less.
