I will say it has been several years since I attended a class at this studio, but I was left with a very bad experience. I purchased a new student one-month package. I attended a few classes, but after a few weeks, someone (I cant remember who it was) called me and said there was a problem with my payment method. I gave her the payment information again (over the phone) and she said thanks and we hung up. After that, someone else, an owner, I presume, spoke to me with a snarky tone prior to a class stating that I was trying to rip them off and my payment method was a problem. I am not sure if the other gal never gave them the new/updated info, or what, but yoga studios are ALL about energy. That created a very uncomfortable setting for me and I never returned. Disappointing because I believe the studio space did have a very good energy. As a lifelong resident and supporter of the city of Arvada, I am very sad that anyone would treat anyone so badly, even if there were a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding is an opportunity to make things better than they were before for both parties. When a business owner, particularly for yoga, treats people this way with no attempt at resolution, its concerning. I have never gone back and have since spoken to another Arvada resident who had a similar experience at this studio. If this happened with more than one person, wouldnt you think there was an internal problem that needed investigation instead of alienating potential customers? I fear that customer service is gone for good. But I am always hopefully that the energy has since shifted for the positive in this space.

Probably the best Yoga studio in town. Santosh is an excellent instructor and I highly recommend him. The customer service here is also incredible. I had purchased a mala from them for my wife. She didnt like the color and I returned it. The front desk offered to credit back my money, exchange the item for something else, or return the item and get store credit. No questions, no hassles, just honest and friendly costumer service. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

So far I like all of the instructors but Im partial to Adi and came to this studio because I enjoy her style so much. This is a very professional space with quality teachers, beautiful studio space and nice variety of classes and times. Highly recommend!

This is the best yoga studio Ive ever been to and Ive been to quite a few. There are a variety of teachers and classes, so there is something for everyone. I feel calmer as soon as I walk through their doors.

Great studio, good mix of classes. I take the Vinyasa II with Suzanne on Sunday morning and I love it. Its challenging and fun. The location is beautiful. Highly recommend it!
