I went in and was seated immediately (yay!) and told the woman I just wanted a trim and not cut off as little as she can but still get the dead ends off, I asked for her to thin it out as well since my hair is really thick. I was given a nice shampoo and condition by her and then seated. The length is perfectly fine but the thinning out was where the problems came from. She cut in WAY too short in the front so now I have a sizeable chunk of hair that is bang-length right in the front of my face. When it dried it looks terrible. I want to wait for it to grow out but it will take so long and Im considering getting bangs in the front just to fix the damage done. And then to make it worse at the end she told me "there might be a few hairs that come out when you shower but thats normal" I was fine with that but as soon as I walk out and pull my hair A HUGE CHUNK OF HAIR CAME OUT. And as I kept pulling and pulling more and more hair came out. I drove home as quickly as I could and started combing through it and it took me a good 15 minutes just to get all the loose hair out. 85 was horrible

Today I had the pleasure of walking in to this salon with a half of an idea in my head. I walked out with an absolutely amazing haircut! Desiree was my stylist and she was literally the best! She was funny, friendly, very personable and gave me exactly what I thought (and eventually totally convinced me about the style) I wanted. I would highly recommend this place! Especially her. Definitely making another appointment asap!

Took my son in to get a hair cut. The gal working the desk, was on the phone, and remained on the phone for over 5 min, as we stood there waiting to be checked in. She didnt seem as interested in serving us, as she did her phone conversation. Someone needs to teach her some customer service etiquette. We ended up walking out, and she never spoke a word to us... I guess they didnt need our business.

I recently moved to the area and therefore needed a new hairdresser. I came in for a trim and got exactly what I was looking for. An amazing haircut, quick shampoo and all the stylists were very nice. I will be returning for sure.

Terrible place nobody knows how to cut your hair right. If u want a trim they praticly shave you bald talk to much and they pretty much do what they want to do to your hair
