Wouldnt even give this place one star. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I was sitting there getting my hair cut for an hour it was a simple cut just for inches off and layers that was it. After sitting in the chair for an hour I leave with an uneven cut and messy bangs that werent what I had previously asked for. I went to get my money back and they told me they had to get a manager and argued about how long I was sitting there for. In total with the wait to get cut I had sat here for an hour and twenty minutes. "Stylist" was unprofessional and did not know how to cut hair. If you want your hair to look decent I suggest ulta for a slightly higher price with nicer stylists and better cuts.

Took my father-in-law to this place for a hair cut. Hes a senior citizen who likes a simple hair cut, old school style. No big deal right? Well, his cut came out very uneven and took forever to complete - I had to time to read a whole People magazine (further punishment). It was obvious that the young lady who did the cut didnt really know how to do a simple gentlemans cut. We should have gone to the barber shop. Ill get him a wig to cover the mess.

I went in on a whim today and got a great haircut from Ashley. She was very personable, taking the time to figure out what I wanted and making some suggestions. I felt like she was invested in giving me a good haircut, and it shows.

Worst haircut ive ever had. I could have done better myself with my eyes closed. This is the second time. 2 different "stylists" and both times were very bad. Avoid at all costs.

Waited 45 minutes to get a hair cut only to be told that their computers were down and could only take cash. Maybe a little cheaper but not worth the hassle for me.
