I WORKED FOR FANTASTIC SAMS ON 100TH AND WADSWORTH IN COLORADO FOR 8 YEARS WE WERE OWNED BY AN AMAZING COUPLE AND THEY CHOOSE TO SALE GREAT NO HORRILBLE THEY SOLD TO A MAN NAME KASIM HE WAS GREAT AT FIRST BUT THEN YOU KN EVERYONE CHANGES AFTER A WHILE HE MADE STYLIST DO HIS FAMILY HAIR TOLD STYLIST THAT HIS FAMILY WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANY CUSTOMER WHEN U AS A STYLIST DID NOT AGREE WITH HIM HE WOULD STOP TALKING TO YOU HE STOPPED TALKING TO ME AFTER I ASKED HIM IF I COULD CASH IN SOME OF MY VACATION DAYS FOR CHRISTMAS HE DENIED ME BECAUSE HE SAID I OWED HIM MONEY ON A PERSONAL LOAN OK WELL WE HAD AN AGREEMENT ON THE PERSONAL LOAN AND THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY WORK SO THEN HE TOLD ME AFTER HE HAD PAID ME VACATION 2 YEARS IN A ROW THAT I HAD TO WAIT A YEAR TO RECIVE MY NEXT VACATION YA THATS WAT I SAID THEM SO I DECIEDED TO MOVE ON NO ONE WOULD STAY SOMEWHERE THEY WERE NOT APPRICIATED SO I RECIVE MY LAST CHECK HE TOOK OUT 40 EXTRA DOLLARS OFF MY CHECK WHEN I ONLY OWED HIM 200 THEN HE TOOK OFF FOR TIPS WHICH I ONLY SIGHNED FOR 50 THEN HE MADE MY CHECK FOR FEB 1 WHEN WE GET PAID ON 31TH AND THE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH SO FOR ALL YOU STYLIST WHO ARE LOOKING FOR WORK DONT WORK THERE HE IS MEAN AND IS GREEDY AND SHOULD NOT EVER HAVE HAD THE POWER TO OWN A SALON HE SHOULD STICK TO WINDOWS . I HAVE CONTACTED CORPRATE LETS SEE WAT THEY HAVE TO SAY !!!!!

Update.... its 4:45and their doors are closed? It says on the door open til 5pm! If youre not gonna stay open until 5pm then change the times youre open til! I use to live this place! I love Julie and Social, but since this I think I wont be driving all the way from Aurora to get my hair cut there anymore! That horrible busy and I saw on here they did it to another person too! Horrible Julie did a fantastic job fixing my hair from another salon that messed it up! As long as Julie is working here I will go to her and only her! She also got me hook on Powder Play from bigsexyhair. It works awesome for short hair like mine, I even got my friend hooked to the stuff!

I hate ranting but Im trying to keep people from going there. Last time I whent they gave me 3 inch wide highlights which did not look good. My mom whent this morning and they only cut one side of her bangs. Also when she asked for the manager she totally butchered the back of her head. In every time I have had to go there they havent even dred my hair. Did I mention that they cant keep an employee for more than a month. All of the good stylists quit before I even got my hair cut by them twice. If you are a person that likes there hair or wants a good cut dont go there. I sounded very annoying in this but this place sucks.

Last fall I went to this store to get a cut and color. Color turned out ok. The cut.....O.M.G....BAD. I went back to get it fixed and guess what ...Julie charged me for the cut....and then it still wasnt right and went back to have cut #2 fixed and charged me for that cut #3. You would think, to make a customer happy, one would not charge for the bad (fixes). I will never never set foot in that Fantastic Sams again. Oh and it takes me an added 20 min a day to style my hair to make it look somewhat better. Its going to take 2 -3 years to grow out this mess!!!!! Ugh!!!!!

Absolutly worst company ever!! Dont ever ask for Amanda or Rachel. I had my son with me and they were talking back and forth about how drunk they were the night before. Can you say innapropriate! I swear her water bottle was filled with vodka. The middle eastern man walking around who seemed like the owner was in my private space and made me feel very uncomfortable. The moment i realized this i cancelled my appointment and left. I want to go to corporate because of them. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

If I could choose zero stars I would. If youre NOT going to take customers until closing (at 5pm today), then advertise it. I was denied service as a walk in at 4:45. How much more business would you have earned if you take the last customer at 5pm and work a few minutes over? You have lost a family of customers for life. Well done.

I walked and requested a trial run on an updo to see if I would like it for my sons wedding. Social did such a wonderful job that I came back to have her do it again on his wedding day. She really listened to what I wanted and made changes along the way. It turned out beautifully--she is very talented!

This is the only place I take myself and family to. All the people there know us and are so friendly. Sam is wonderful and Ive started requesting her. I havent had 1 bad haircut yet (knock on wood) and thats hard to do with 2 adults and 5 kids! I would recommend this place to anybody!

Shampoo is included in the price of the cut. I like their low prices. All I ever need is a #2 cut with a shampoo. With the bald and beautiful discount makes them the lowest cost hair cut in the area (that I have found). They have a large flat screen tv in the waiting area.

The hairstylist seemed very knowledgeable but when it came to it she could not understand the basic undercut I was trying to describe. I came back to get it fixed and it got butchered. I probably wouldve had better luck going back to great clips. Dont think Ill be going back.

Worst place ever ! The sylest was occupied with something else while highlighting my hair ,he would do the foils and walk away for 15 to 20 mins than the blonde was way lighter than I wanted it to be.

I was very happy with my experience. Just wish they had online check-in. I hate waiting and that is why I dont come back to this location (generally long wait times).
