Worst haircut ever. I repeat. Worst haircut ever. Uneven everywhere. Went straight home and buzzed my hair - it was so bad. My hair will grow back but my $20 wont. Lindsey cut my hair. Youve been warned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After posting my negative review, the owner of this Fantastic Sams contacted me by email expressing her sincere apologies for my bad experience. She informed me that the girl who botched my haircuit had been fired soon after she started working there. The owner directed me to go back to the store and get a haircut for free by someone who would do the job right. I took her up on the offer and went back in. Everyone there at the store was very apologetic about what happened and I came out with a free trim that was to my satisfaction. I am really impressed that the owner contacted me. Thats just good business - owning up to mistakes and making them right. In my original post I rated this Fantastic Sams with 1 star. I would now rate it a 5. I will average that out to 3 stars.

I went here for a trim on Saturday. I asked for a trim and then short layers at the very bottom. After the hairstylist asked me how much of a trim (1/2 in? 1in?) I said as little as you can take off would be best. She clarified that meant I wanted to keep the length. Yes, that is what I wanted, I still wanted my longer hair, I just wanted to trim off the ends to keep it healthy. As I said, I wanted short layers at the very bottom (just to give it some texture so it wasnt blunt cut all the way across). She cut my hair in LONG layers which looks awful because I have relatively thick and very straight hair. The top layer is easily 4+ inches off what I used to have....Now I have to go somewhere to get all my hair cut off to even it back out again....which I was growing for my wedding =( I cant even wear my hair down right now because it looks so bad. When I asked for layers one time, I was told my hair would look paint-brushy and the stylist refused to do it. She was exactly right....it looks like you can paint with the ends of my hair. Im so sad and disappointed.

We love this location and have been coming here for 7 years! We specifically request Cat and Ciera when we come in. Cat has done an awesome a-line cut on our older daughter twice and a very "epic" turquoise ombré on our younger daughter. My husband really likes how Ciera cuts his hair and she was really patient and did a great job helping my daughter (and me!) learn how to install extensions in her hair! We love the staff here and highly recommend Cat and Ciera!

My family always schedules with Kat H. Shes an amazing artist and always makes us look great! Shes awesome with asymmetrical cuts and has managed to keep me looking good while growing out my pixie cut. I let her choose the colors we do and I get compliments everywhere I go on cut and color. Love her! :)

Dont know why I kept going back. Stylist Cat is always late, usually by half an hour! Even if you make an appointment, without fail, shell be late. I had an appointment at 10:30, and she wasnt even close to being ready at 11

Ive been here several times, and I swear they have screwed up my hair for the last time. Its a hit and miss on the quality of who you get when you walk in, unless you specifically ask for someone. I wont be coming back.

I have always had the best experience here so I convienced my fiancé to come. His haircuts generally take ten minutes total and the gentleman cutting his hair took over an hour!!! I will still go back but he never will
