I went in to get a haircut and to dye my hair, upon arriving (the salon was a mess) I was told how they couldnt possibly dye my hair that day because "it was so damaged" they tried to say the baby hairs I had in the back were caused by breakage. Now I knew I had split ends and some damage, but not to the extent that they were trying to say. They were also being incredibly rude about how damaged my hair was, not only the stylist but the person who seemed to be the manager as well. One stylist who overheard me ask for color asked if I still needed it done and the manager told her they werent touching my color which is a horrible red fading to blonde. My mom and I took their advice to get a deep conditioning treatment, however when they put me under the hair dryer for what was supposed to be 15 minutes the stylist ran off and did an entire haircut which my mom and I estimated to take about 30 minutes, the entire time I was under the dryer. Then we did my haircut I knew I would lose length, which she said would be 4 inches at the longest part, i had hair below my bra line, and when she was done (after looking at the picture of what I wanted 2 times for not even a minute) I had hair above my shoulders. My mom watched her line the longest point of my hair up with my baby hairs ( they claimed breakage was told by another stylist that no way it was breakage) and snipped from there using some kinda straight tool to cut the choppy layers in my hair. they brought out a shampoo conditioner and leave in conditioner saying that they would repair my hair so $98 later we went home and I actually got a good look at the haircut, after crying and leaving the house with what little hair I had left in a hoodie we returned the shampoo and conditioner because after reading the bottles the only thing that helped my hair was the leave in, we then went to a great clips to see if there was anything that could be done to fix my hair. The stylist there was horrified at what they did to my hair. First off after a "deep conditioning treatment" she couldnt even pull a comb through my hair, and my hair felt as if I had just gotten out of the shower not received a treatment she then proceeded to find the lady who cut my hair had used a tool which can actually cause split ends on my hair as it is very thin. Not only this but the lady didnt even line my hair up half of my hair was shorter than the other and none of the layers were even. The stylist at great clips tried her best to fix what fantastic Sams screwed up getting more and more aggravated as she seen more and more how your salon had botched my hair. She also proceeded to tell me just how lazy and how much your salon lied to me, as they said they wouldnt dye my hair cause it would wash out in two weeks it was so damaged, she said they were just being lazy because my hair was pretty healthy, that if they knew what they were doing and werent being lazy they wouldve done it and it wouldve lasted she then referred me to a place to color my hair. This wouldnt have been such a big issue except I had to go to a secondary salon and pay more money to fix what you guys screwed up and lied to me about. The biggest issue with this is both my celebration dinner and graduation ceremony was after this, and not only did I not have enough hair to style but every single picture taken was with this short ass hair caused by your salon. It ruined my graduation experience and all pictures taken as well as. my self esteem as I havent had hair this short in over seven Years, now seven years of growth and styling down the drain thanks to your salon. The only reason I went here was to get my hair colored as i couldve gotten it cut anywhere, and I didnt even get that. Ive tried calling the regional cooperate office with no response so Im leaving this. I nor anyone I know will go into another one of your salons ever again its gonna take me at least two or.more years to Get my hair to grow back even close to where it was thanks for ruining my hair and graduation fantastic Sams really appreciate it

Your customers arent dolls, theyre people. A trainee was doing my hair a few days ago and she did great and asked for help when needed. She was misguided and talked at rather than spoken with. When I heard her coworkers talk to her I thought it was a bit harsh. I left with practically neon orange and yellow hair and it was a brassy disgusting mess. A coworker and the trainee both worked on my hair and since two people were doing it, theres no excuse for a half as* job. I was told to return and would be charged $60 the next day to fix my hair. I went to Sallys and bought toner and fixed it myself. Step up in price, step down in customer service and quality. I expected better because my best friend came in and had the same thing done and it costed her half as much, with the bleach and toner. Never returning, it was a nightmare that couldve been avoided if I was treated like a customer and not a doll by HER COWORKERS. The trainee did fine, just misled and wasnt receiving answers to questions. Thanks for a waste of $100 and for trying to add on another $60.

First time her the gentleman who did my sons hair was amazing!!!I also had my sons mohawk cut her and the stylist butchered his hair cut calling it a faux hawk it was uneven and not blended!!!She asked if we liked it I responded by saying I didnt like it her response "We can give him a buzz cut" like really?This was a week ago and the more it grows out the worse it looks!!!!Did I mention he had to take school pics with this cut?I loved the male stylist here but will not be back!!!

Ive been coming here for several years now and I have to say that Jenn is THE BEST! She always takes her time to really listen to what I want and goes the extra mile in styling me and instructing me how to do it myself. She s the best I have found in a VERY long time and I wont go to anyone else again! This girl REALLY knows what she is doing!! You must ask for her and see for yourself! you will NOT be disappointed! Id give her 10 stars if I could!!

The lady was super rough. She told me more than 3 times that she was done and my hair was so uneven. Got home. Checked the back part of the head and it was,so f#@$ed. I went to another stylist (other shop) to get it fixed.... Go to a barber shop if you want a nice fly cut. Not here.

Jenn does a great job and will even fix after i get home and decide i dont like something. She is professional and joyful. Alma is pleasant and always very friendly. I like seeing them both and wont go anywhere else.
