YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW! I stopped by on the 26th for the first time as we recently moved into the area. I waited 30 minutes to wash my car, as I expected on a nice winter day, however I had to reverse and maneuver in the small waiting area as a few cars in line ahead of me decided to turn around and leave. But I figured this was fine as I was 2nd next in line, its just a tight space to wait if there are two or more cars in line per bay. I was at this wash from 1pm until 1:42pm. ****BEWARE - - CONSUMERS PLEASE READ BELOW!**** The wash was efficient and priced well, HOWEVER, I give it 2 stars for the lack of description to hit the big red button after the stop on the keypad! Yes I saw this when I swiped my card but with a huge line and trying to hurry for others waiting I forgot about the big red button after hitting stop on the keypad. My wash was only $10-$12. I realized I forgot the big red Stop payment button on my way home, turned around and sure enough the next vehicle had continued their wash on my credit card!! I saw the time was at 28 minutes and up to $18. I confronted the person and pointed out the time, to my surprise, they were willing to pay me $6 cash, stating they wanted to "avoid any issues and didnt realize it was charging my card". This is theft. It should be taken seriously and looked into. Had the man not been so cooperative and upfront I certainly would have filed a police report, I know I cant be the only person this has happened to..... This also made me feel they knew very well what they were doing and likely come to this location because they may get to wash their car on anothers dime, well aware this may happen often. And as much as I hate to say or think this, as a young woman who was figuring out which sprayer I was supposed to grab first, I easily looked like a first timer and could have been targeted as someone whod forget to hit the button. After all, I had noticed another bay was opening up yet this car stayed and waited longer for mine. The owner needs to place stickers on the key pad above the stop button to remind customers to push the Stop payment button. Or perhaps he likes the cards running until $20 if no one is in line after before automatically stopping?? You can buy some oval stickers at Office Depot and print them on your home computer to place on the key pad, very simple fix.

I just moved to the area and since I wash my car frequently I always keepmy eye open for different car washes, hoping to find one that is like my favorite car wash near where I used to live, I wont mention their name but I do have a favorite. Its rare that I find one that hits all the right marks but this place is spot on. All these whiny crybaby girls need to button their lips - it is annoying as hell to have to keep swiping your card when doing a wash, especially if youre someone that washes frequently and thoroughly. THANK YOU for providing machines that just charge until you choose to stop them! Only a complete imbecile would fail to successfully wash their car here without hitting a snag. I mean, come on girls, its a self service car wash... Its not exactly rocket surgery. Haha. And for the twit that had the gall to suggest that their stupidity is actually somehow a grand plot to scam them out of their pennies - get your head out of the clouds sweetheart. Youre not being targeted, youre just an obvious idiot.

Agree with previous reviewer about the confusion of the keypad and the ridiculous wait. Instead of making it so that customers are waiting for one particular bay, especially when people dont care about making others wait 30+ minutes, they should make it one long line that files into the bays as they empty. Disagree with the previous review about the prices being reasonable, made less so by the confusion of the keypad. With only 3 self-serve bays, there should be a time limit. Most people are not considerate enough to care about making someone else wait over 30 minutes for someone else to have a 5-minute one.

I spent 14 dollars on the most expensive wash plus six dollars on the vacuum and was disappointed when the drier didnt hardly do anything. But my attitude changed when I was waved over to get my car dried off by a guy with a towel but a moment later a Cadillac came out of the spot right next to me. The same man who had just waved me over stood In front of my car and had the Cadillac pull into the spot he told me to park in. Then he dried that car... Really??? poor customer service! Wont be coming back.

Car wash is okay but I constantly have to dispute the credit card transactions. Last time I was there I spent $3 for a quick rinse off but they charged my credit card $20
