Sunday, 13 Apr 2014 I took our blue PT cruiser and bought the most expensive car wash package including an interior cleaning complete with Armor All. In all honesty, I probably paid 35 dollars for a 12 dollar job. The exterior wash came out pretty good, but the interior guys did the windows and basically sent me on my way. As I drove out, I noticed dust still on the control panel and a dead bug still lying on the dashboard. I went back and pointed out that I had paid for the armor all package and it didnt happen. Everyone played the "we didnt know" card even though one guy looked at the receipt and I told him so when I pulled into the interior cleaning area. I told them I wanted what I paid for. They sent me to the waiting room and 5 minutes later came back and said "youre ready." The car looked a tad bit better, but they totally missed the center console. I told one of the workers who hurriedly wiped it once and said "ok". I stuck my hand down in a storage groove and pulled out a bunch of dust. He stuck a rag into it half-heartedly not doing anything and said "ok". I just said "never mind, Ill do it myself". Someone wearing a red shirt (possibly a manager because everyone else was wearing blue) thanked me for coming as I got in my car. Everyone there knew I was unhappy, but no manager came to apologize, inspect the work and make sure I was satisfied. Just a word of warning to you "pirates", most customers NEVER complain, they just dont go back. I went to the website to try and email the owner but there is no way to make contact, hence this review which I hope you (the owners) will see. I encourage you to make things right because I realistically feel you owe me about 20 bucks. The old adage is true - if you want something done right, do it yourself! These interior guys are apathetic "job holders" who want a paycheck without the work. No one here cares or even tried to make it right. I truly do wish I could get my money back and may show up tomorrow.

I went to the car wash today, because I am going on a long road trip tomorrow, and wanted my car to look nice. There was a long wait, but I was okay with that. I paid $35.00 for an outside and inside car wash, which is not a bad price. I pulled up, put my car in neutral, took my foot off the brakes aaaand nothing. They tried to pull me through several times, getting ruder and ruder each time, and treating me like it was my fault their machine wouldnt pull my car. Finally, they had to just back everyone up so I could get out of the car wash. The lady was rude, and although she offered a full refund, I had to explain several times, that I had paid for an inside cleaning, too, and needed that done still. She refunded me for the car wash, and had me pull over to the little canopy area. I was so stressed and irritated when they finally finished that, that I didnt at first notice that my car was NOT cleaned well at ALL until I got halfway home. There were smudges everywhere, and they didnt bother to clean out the ashtray, they just closed it. They didnt clean the insides of my windows, there were places they clearly hadnt touched at all, and the places they had "cleaned" looked like they had just taken a damp rag and moved it about a bit. My car is 20 years old, and I dont trash it out. There was some dirt in the cracks of the seats because I drive with the windows down, and there were ashes because I smoke. THATS IT. Not a difficult job, but one I paid $20.00 dollars for that was NOT done right. And to top it all off, they smeared armor all around when they hadnt bothered to clean my car properly in the first place. There were FOUR guys sitting in my car. I am shocked and disgusted that four people couldnt accomplish the job I paid them to do. I will NEVER be going back. Horrible service, half-assed cleaning, and wasted gas and time.

2 stars because you never know whether your going to get good service or not. Its always 50/50, for the last 2 years Ive been coming. Todays service has done half ass for sure. Did the 14.99 wash, and that was great, never any issues. I added the 19.99 interior clean package today after I asked one of the guys if it would cover a plastic by the door being cleaned, he said yes along with it being vacuumed, and wiped down with armor all. I usually get the 14.99, which I believe went up from 12. But regardless in the past theyve done a good job more than not. Not this time. It was not vacuumed in some spots, that would be visible to any one. Also the dash half of it was wiped and armor alld. I can still see in a good 4 x 6 inch patch in each corner that wasnt cleaned as it still has dust sitting there. The plastic by the door I asked if would get cleaned is not, of all the things. So here I am with my car half cleaned, finishing it out with my kids baby wipes. Next time I definitely will 1. Not tip until I have checked it out. 2. Check it out before I leave and I guess tell them how to finish out what was supposed to be done. And I am going back. And I do recommend it. BUT dont leave if you get any additional services without checking it out, because 50% of the time its not done even half ways. And dont think about calling them either, as after 4 failed attempts I give up, no one answers.

I have been a long time member since they started the $16.99 unlimited washes. But the last 4 times that I had my truck wash, they have equipment problems. 1) they had someone hanging above the soap sprayer using a spray gun to spray soap on the car. Needless to say, only half of the car got soap. 2) the soap spray did not work again so I complained to the manager so they had me run the truck through again. But the unlimited car wash is not unlimited. I had to get an override in order to run it through the wash again. According to the manager you can only wash it once a day.3) the vacuums dont work half the time. So much for free vacuums.4) equipment problems again. Car wash closed for repairs. Enough is enough. Went in to cancel my membership and told them they have to many problems and they agreed. I asked how can you charge your customers if you know you have problems with the equipment and not tell them? Manager said they were not aware all the problems were going on. I dont recommend this carwash. If you decide to use it anyway, keep and eye on the soap sprayer and the equipment in general if the rollers dont rotate then they are not working. Your better off at a pay carwash.

The cost of a membership to get 1 free wash per day is worth it here. I pay $30 per month to get the best membership and wash my car once to twice per week due to the high dust and hard water from my sprinkler...and other pollutants like bird crap. Though there are a couple of spots the auto wash doesnt get, and the dryer doesnt blow well enough to really get the water off my Jeep or my wifes Odyssey, I normally do a walk-around with a couple of microfiber towels and hand-dry the vehicles when they get the wash so I end-up not only getting the water off, but wipe-down the dirt with the wet parts of the towels. You can also upgrade your wash at the gate to a full detail for a few extra bucks, which helps out once in a while... in which case they will hand dry and include a interior detail. Best car wash for the price in the area (outside of self-washing) if you wash your car more than once per month.
