This location damaged my hood 2 times, which they said could not have been done there. I find it odd when the damage is the same kind in the same area (hood). Was told I would get a call from the area Manager which never happened. Will NOT go back here again!!! Not a business operated with Integrity. Fast forward to today. After attempts to get my vehicle damage corrected, the district manager was supposed to inspect my vehicle, soon after the last supposed meeting, my emails do not get answered anymore. I go in today to cancel my membership, I ask for the Manager, the young man asks how he can help, then tells me to wait in the line of cars to cancel it............really??? Why would I wait in the same line with people who are getting cars washed? This made no sense to me, I ask him again to confirm his instruction, he had a smirk on his face(he knew the line was long) and confirmed. I left and called back, and guess what????? They were able to cancel over the phone............why he never mentioned I could call, I will never know........I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Dont waste your time and/or money at this place.

After taking my wifes car here the front end looks like it was behind a gravel truck that suddenly opened its gate while doing 65 down the interstate. All the paint on the front end has been chipped. Interestingly, it left behind dirt and bugs even though it took off paint. Ive been to dozens of car washes and I can say that this one is definitely not set up right. The "brushes" are much too aggressive and half the brushes operate without any water or soap meaning that there is no lubrication to prevent them from damaging your vehicle and its paint. The place is also poorly managed. When I got there, there was nobody in the booth where you pay. After the wash when I was vacuuming the car they shut the vacuums off 5 minutes before closing. Then a guy, who I assume was a manager, was yelling across the parking lot at another employee about writing him up. Before I even had my floor mats back in the car, they were closed up and in their own vehicles. When they say that they close at 7:00, they really mean that they will be on their way home by 7:00. I wish I could give zero stars!

Went on Sunday to ask if they do detail service. Was told yes just bring the car in. Bought a gift card for the price of 3 detail elements ($157) to give to my dad for his birthday. On Thursday we took his car in to get detailed a little after noon. Was told "our person went home so we cant do it today." I asked when could I take it in and was told "weekends should work. Bring it in like 15 minutes before we open and we should hopefully be able to do it." When I asked why they indicated "should" instead of "would" I was told "we are actually trying to phase out detailing services." Why wasnt I told that before the gift card was sold to me? I got the detailing elsewhere and am just using the gift card for their car wash service. That process is easy enough and the attendants are friendly so Ill give it a 2 star even if a 1 might be more appropriate.

Do not go here! It will damage your car, sadly management did not care when we showed them what their equipment was doing to our vehicles. We had a membership here since it opened at Southlands many years ago before it was a Mister carwash but since they took over and replaced the equipment its has been tearing up our cars. It scratched up our vehicles (a SUV and truck), ripped out our mirrors we folded to go through the wash, and coated soap scum on the back. We spoke to the manager several times and showed them the damage and they were in denial. We left and drive out to Parker to avoid this place. Had friends that stayed and are now seeing the damages, hopefully management listens this time. Its sad that they do not care to change their system after so many concerned complaints. Id rather leave my truck in a hail storm.

Good predictable car wash. Going here for the last two or three years. Ive got the monthly pass and it works great for me and my business. Too many people on here complain about perfection this and perfection that, its a carwash get over it. This place will clean your car for a reasonable fee. Worst case scenario the wash misses something or you have a particularly filthy ride and theyll you go through again at no charge. I also like the car mat scrubbing machines and the vacuums seem to work pretty good for me too.

Very disappointed. This used to be a great family-owned business. Ever since they sold out, it hasnt been the same. They got rid of all of their detailing services, including the Hand Dry that used to be offered. Now you just pay $18 for a car wash and end up having to go home and finish the job by hand. All of the glass is still full of spots and exterior is not exactly what I would consider clean. The suction on the vacuums is pathetic. Looks like its time to find a new car wash!

Like the previous owner a whole lot better. When I asked what happened to the cleaning buckets to give your wheels a prewash before you drive thru the tunnel, the guy told me that they have better chemicals now. I went thru the wash and my wheels looked the same before I went thru the 1st time. I guess I gave to spray on my own pretreatment cleaner before I drive thru because this way sucks now. Would increase a star if the vacuums were strong. Please change them back.

I was in desperate need for a car wash this morning. I happened to be in the Smokey Hill area and Mister car wash was the closest to me. while the kids working were less than friendly I got a better wash than I have had in a long time from an automatic car wash. My truck was filthy and it came out sparkling! I wish I lived closer!

The vacuums were strong and the front and side if my vehicle was clean. However, they try to conserve on water so the entire back of my Honda Pilot was covered in dirt as it didnt get rinsed off. I didnt have time to go through a second time, so I paid $15 for a poor car wash. Please resolve

When you pay $108 your vehicle to be vacuumed, vinyl cleaned & shampoo the carpets, then that what should happen! The windows look good! Bad attitudes from the guys having to finish their job. Didnt move & vacuum under seats. What did they do for 1 & 1/2 hrs that they had the vehicle????????

A great value if you wash your car enough. Its only about 30$ for a month as many times as you want. Most people only need a car wash once or twice per month. They have very good car washes to offer and free vaccums. They also have a service where they shampoo your interior.

Since ownership changed, service has gone downhill significantly. That and on the Southlands classifieds Facebook group there are TONS of complaints that their vehicles are getting scratched. Ill go visit the auto wash over in Fox Hill and see how it plays out!
