Can I give a ---5 star? I have never been treated so rudely anywhere!!!!! I called and made an appointment a week - week and a half in advance for an interior detail. Took my 4Runner in this morning for an interior detail, dropped it off at 9:00 A.M. told them I had to have it back no later than 3:00, "oh, no problem" is what I was told. The 2 girls at the front desk werent friendly, someone needs to be given them some instructions on customer service. I told them I also wanted the $30.00 premium wash which includes a lot more then just a run through the car was and a wipe down, along with the detail. Asked if they would call when it was done, yes we will call as soon as it is done. 1:30 I hadnt heard anything so I decided to call to check the status, was told again no problem it would be ready before 3. Got there at 2:50, car was sitting in the vacuum station, as I walked by I could tell it had not been washed yet, so I went inside, stood at the counter for well over 15 minutes, no one there, walked outside and up to my car and it was locked. One of the detailers asked it was my car told him yes and he replied its all ready and they could take care of me inside. I asked if the car had been washed and well of course he didnt know anything about that, ten about that time one of the girls that helped (if that is what you want to call it) me this morning came up and said she would get my keys, well I asked why it hadnt been wash so she made the detailer take it and wash it. I could drag this review out to a 3 pager, BUT to get to the nitty gritty, THIS PLACE DOESA HORRIBLE JOB, starting at the front counter down to the wipe down crew. My interior was very nice, the only reason I would give any kind of a star rating, BUT the windows were not cleaned inside or out, they wee so smeared that when we were driving home from dinner with friends, (the reason I needed it no later than 3) it was so badly smeared we could hardly see when the sun hit the windshield. I WILL BE BACK there tomorrow morning and will expect this to be corrected. VERY DISPLEASED!!!!!

Came in to get my car re-cleaned and due to rain. I asked how much extra it would cost to get my wheel and tires conditioned. He advised as long as I tipped the guys that the would take care of it. Went through the wash and then asked the guy that wiped my car down if he could clean my wheels and shine my tires. He advised yes and to pull my vehicle up. Due to not having any cash in my pocket I had to exit my vehicle to walk inside to get money to tip the guy for doing my wheels. In the process of getting out of my vehicle my door was dinged by one of their trash cans. The guy that was going to do my wheels advised that the trash can a shouldnt have been there and he will find someone to see if it can be buffed out. They came out and looked at the scratch and advised it was through the clear coat. I asked for the manager and some young kid came out and advised me to go get an estimate and then come back and we would work something out. I went and got the estimate on my time and took it back to the car wash. They advised me after seeing the 500 dollar estimate it was my fault and never should have exited my vehicle. I advised that he told me to tip them and with me having no cash I had to get out of my vehicle and also their own worker admitted it was their fault due to the trash can not suppose to be there and they would get it fixed. Now I cant get anyone to call me back for the issue. I am extremely mad and disappointed due to me bringing multiple cars a week their and never having any issues. Maybe someone will call me back because they know that my car is the red escape. Sorry to have to write this but it is wrong what they did. I also met the owner and is such a nice guy but they wouldnt allow me to talk with him about the issue. Hopefully this gets through to someone and I can get some type of compensation or at least my car waxed and buffed.

I would like to say, if I had believed in receiving a performance according to some of the reviews I would have expected far fewer positive results. It is because of you who downgraded Atlas that I felt more encouraged than ever to believe they would do a great job on my car. And that they did. In fact, Mike informed me of a process and application that was unfamiliar to me. He discussed it in detail so I could understand why he recommended it. It would not only benefit my cars appearance, but maintain the original soft, smooth and seamless finish on the car as I first purchased. It repels water, dirt, dust, bird doo, bugs and tree pitch. I bet Ill discover more in the future. This man knows his stuff. He is professional and diplomatic in his approach to the public who come into their business to care for your car, truck, etc. He goes the extra mile to do the detail work he would want for himself. So, you greasers who want to give them a hard time because youre afraid of the competition, find someone else to browbeat and try to rep-ruin. Only those who care for, and about longevity of their vehicles will patronize this business. Excellent work, competitive pricing, and very friendly expeditious service with the desire to please. I once wrote a review of Atlas and gave them five stars. Unfortunately, I have to reduce my rating to one star. I became a member to have unlimited washes for both of my cars for about $100 a month. Then, all of a sudden, their car wash was broken down quite often. So, I couldnt even get my cars cleaned when I wanted to. On the times that it was working, they had a really great crew who would always go above and beyond in making sure that my cars were really clean. However, LITERALLY because they were going above and beyond, they got fired. Now they have a crew that barely even touches my car. Even when I pay beyond my $100 for something extra, the job is still not done right. So, I have decided to cancel my membership. Even after I have gone through the proper steps of canceling it, I have been charged for two months after canceling! I really used to like this place, but it has gone downhill in a hurry. Unless they get their poop in a group, I will never be back. Please bring this place back to what it used it be.

Alysha the blonde sales person is extremely rude and unprofessional. Before she worked there I was given a handful of complimentary car wash cards because the car wash scuffed my new wheel at the pointe of entrance of the car wash. Now every time I use one she asks how many I have left and says they can only honor a few more. The entire staff from last summer has quit. A former employee a few weeks ago remembered the incident last summer and was extremely nice, of course now he no longer works there. Today after using the complimentary card I went into the lobby to wait for my car and over hear Alysha bad mouthing me to another coworker. Then she approached me before I was going to wash my dog and threatens to call the police. I have never experienced anything quit so unusual as this business and recommend strongly for people to stay clear of atlas car wash in Brighton. I used to have a 3 star pass and always spent money there however the new staff ( mostly Alysha) is the epitome of bad customer service.
