good job detailing my car. however, cds were missing from my car when i got it back. having used this place several times before and having left many more items in my car previous times, i removed everything except the cd holder on my visor and the cds in my 6-cd deck. got back my vehicle and noticed at least 3-4 cds from inside the cd deck missing and replaced with cds from my visor. i had just made a mix cd and was listening to it on repeat this week which is how i noticed. after getting my car back, i wanted to listen to that cd and in its place was a spoken word cd that i hadnt listened to in months. whoever took the cds seemed to intentionally replace them with cds from my cd holder thinking i wouldnt notice. i reported it to the manager informing him i had listened to that cd in my car as recently as the morning i dropped it off with them. unfortunately, he basically defended his two employees who worked on my car, trying to make me feel like i had misplaced them myself. he was polite and took my info telling me if he "saw them lying around" hed call. he didnt seem to grasp that if someone went through the trouble of replacing them with other cds that they wouldnt just be lying around. he refused to accept the idea that someone he employs might steal from customers. what i know is, i dropped off my car with them with certain items in it, got it back with those items nowhere to be seen. cds are replaceable, of course, but anyone whos had anything stolen from them can tell you what a sickening feeling that is, especially when you pay $40 for a service. id use this place at your own risk and dont expect anyone to help you out in similar situations.

Ive had taken all of my Mercedes there and my Rolls-Royce over the past two and a half years of living in San Antonio and service has been fair to excellent until now. Where to begin? They are SLOW. Work has to be inspected or they will forget little things like to put the ashtray back inside the car. Sheepskin rugs are beyond damp, though they have the car for six hours. The manager left his phone in my Mercedes and had to come to my house to get it last time. They REMOVED a cd from the player to listen to some horrible rap, (and left it on the station,) and BROKE my cd. They said they would replace it. Ive been by there twice and still do not have my cd replaced. They do not respect the property of customers. When my car club has its national meet this spring I will certainly warn members to STAY AWAY! The service is not cheap, and even with tipping $20, (I understand its usually only a five or two here,) they still do not care. From now on Ill have a detail man come to our home to keep our cars right. You dont get what you pay for. I agree with other reviewers that it has gone very downhill.

Can you give a "less than poor" rating? I dont know what is up with this place. They change managers monthly it seems. There was a guy working there for a while (think his name was Luis) who was great and a nice change of pace for a while. I guess they didnt like the idea of someone clean cut and with manners running their facility. Now back to tattooed goons with no sense of courtesy, customer service or customer appreciation. Ive dumped alot of $$$ into this place and never leave feeling like it was worth it anymore. Simple solution, stop going there. worst employees to date, worst manager to date, worst ownership? Probably. This place has gone way down hill recently, I would not recommend anyone going here. Managers and employees who are rude, I guess that goes hand in hand and detail services that lack, um...DETAIL!

I have been to quite a few car washes in San Antonio, and worked at a car wash in Ohio when I was younger, and I can honestly say this car wash chain is the best in San Antonio. They always get my car and truck spotless. One of the managers, Rob is great at explaining the different washes and getting you what you want, yet is not pushy and offputting. I believe in giving credit where its due and this is an excellent car wash that does professional work for a very good value, whether its just a quick wash or a full interior detail. Getting washed there regularly, I also know there are quite of few veterans that work there. Being active duty myself, it is refreshing to see a company that seems to prefer hiring vets.

I bought a gift certificate for a family member, over the holidays (2012). I gave it as a "GIFT". Now they wont accept the "GIFT CERTIFICATE" because it did not have the original receipt attached to the "GIFT CERTIFICATE". When is the last time you gave a gift to someone with the sales receipt attached to it? Their reason for not accepting it: It is company policy to not accept a certificate without the original sales receipt. What a bunch of.....Horrible customer service or care for customers.

Had a very dirty interior to my MiniVan and they did a great job cleaning it up. Came out looking great with only a few un-removable stains still left behind. Otherwise, Steve, Chad and Gabe took a lot of time on my vehicle, and though they offered more services they didnt overdo it with a lot of pressuring. Im so satisfied with the work they did Im gonna schedule a full interior detailing, probably every few months (my kids are dirt devils)! Would definitely recommend the place.

"Owner John Edwards" is extremely rude and argumentative with customers. Dont purchase any additional detailing packages, or they will tell you "itll be done in 1-1.5hrs" then blame YOU for taking so long to clean your vehicle insulting you to top it off, and not letting you know of the additional time to finish. $5 wash its fair, but there are other places nearby where customer service is a lot better than here and where I will be taking my business from now on.

Horrible....was unaware someone threw a old shoe in the bed of my truck full of mud. The associate signaled me to row my window so he could toss the mud covered show on the seat of my brand new truck....now I have to start going to another car wash just to get the mud out of my seat. Been a loyal customer to this place since I bought my first car....disappointed

Excellent...must have new management. Was there three years ago and didnt like. Was there recently and received great customer sevice, awesome wash!! Highly recomend! Try it for yourself!!!

Never had a problem till this week.... Went in car wash came out with scratches on my car and missing tail light. So much for their buisnes card saying "cleans cars SAFE n fast!!"
