So I just had the strangest experience at this place and I will never be back. I pulled in, to vacuum out my car and a large older man with a scruffy face and blood shot eyes tells me I have to wash my car before I can vacuum it, owners new rules. I ask him if I get a free vacuum afterward the wash (as some places do this) and he tell me no. So why then do I have to wash the outside of my car if I still have to pay for the vacuum then he starts to yell at my about my registration sticker so I explain that the new law in Texas is one sticker. And he doesnt seem to believe me. Then another man who I can only assume is the owner walks over and apologizes for the rude attendant and explains that my sticker is fine. So Mr bloodshot mcscrufferson tells me that if I want to use the vacuum I have to pull into a port to wash my car. So I pull in, add a dollar in quarters and I spray down my car. I give the guy a thumbs up asking if were cool now. He tells me my car isnt clean and I cheated. Why do you care how clean my car is! TAKE MY MONEY AND LET ME VACUUM! The owner again runs over trying to calm us and he lets me go into a spot where I can finally vacuum out my car. This man then proceeds to tell the guy next to me that I cheated the system and I shouldnt be allowed to vacuum my car. (That poor guy wanted nothing to do with this situation) Then he just watched me as I cleaned out my vehicle... probably plotting my death or something. Dude was creepy.

Horrible. went there thinking it would do the job of a decent car wash and it was absolutely horrible. Bought the deluxe car wash which is 10 dollars, I know it is only 10 dollars but you would think it would do something and nothing. When I got through the wash I pulled up to see what the wash had done and I can say it wet my car and thats about it. As that was going on the manager walked up to me and asked if everything was ok and I told him no its not. He tried to convince me that because I had bugs on my car that they would not come off and as he is telling me this he is wiping the bugs off and telling me they wont come off when clearly just rubbing them with his hands was doing the trick. I asked for my money back and he said he could wash my car again like that was going to make a difference. This place is a ripoff and apparently no one is able to talk to the owner, but they want your information which I did not give them. Like Im really going to give them my information like I did something wrong. The only information they would give me was the owners name is Gerard. Thats it...wow. Well this place sucks and will not give them another dime to these scam artist, I would rather drive to the car wash on commerce across from the Bazan library and for 16 dollars they clean the car by hand and dry it and clean the inside and armor all the inside and the tires. I for sure will be driving there from now on.

So, today I drove up to go through the automatic car wash and had the most rude customer service experience. I put my car in neutral (driving a prius). Took my foot off of the brake and car started to move forward as if in drive. I was confused about why my car didnt convert to neutral and started to try to adjust it. However the pre wash guy started yelling at me saying "Dont you know how to follow directions!? Put it in neutral!" I said, it is, Im not sure why it started to move like that. He shouted "No, its not in neutral. Neutral!" I may have been having trouble, however, this man should never speak to anyone as rudely as he did. I was shocked. Absolutely a zero for customer service. I will not be back.

Screw the other reviews, I LOVE this place. I manually wash my car, as a car enthusiast. But sometimes I just cant due to my schedule, furthermore they have pressure washer stations, tested it out on my car and loved the quality, I took a risk to use the foam brush instead of my own, and to my surprise luckily it was good quality and didnt have rock debris in it. I have a lowered 350z so I cant go to many car washes, but Im glad this place has good quality pressure wash stations to get the job done quick then I can drive home easily to go wax my car.

I park under a tree so my trunk gets a tiny bit of leaves in the crack, cleaning the 6- 10 Leafs that were stuck the crack of my trunk and the wash attendant says you better pick that s*** up! from across the car wash. ...very rude & ghetto ,I felt embarrassed.. say that to the wrong person & your gona get yur a** beat, but luckily I was in a good mood and didnt wana waste my time with a old man . I picked up my 7 leafs and 10 min later he came over & said thank you. I will never return to this car wash.

I think that when someone yells at my disabled husband about cleaning out his cat before he uses the car wash saying that we have too much trash which was a walmart and a McDonalds bag....i will make sure this place is blasted on the internet. No One should talk to anyone the way this man talked to my husband. Crap place and from the reviews the wash isnt worth it either.

You suppose a car wash is to get dirt and stuff off your car but if you have any of that on your car when you go to this car wash you will not be allowed to wash your vehicle or maybe it was my military vereran license plate, he was a middle easterner after all.

Good wash from the foaming brush to spot rinse and vacuuming. Yes if your car has some bug spots a few weeks old you might have to do some actual hand washing, but thats expected if your being realistic. The only thing i recommend is bringing quarters.

Heres a washing tip: if your vehicle is super dirty pre-soak and pre-brush by hand and then hit the automated washer. Works every time.

I dont like the token system, other than that everything was good. I even found a free towel to wipe my bike.

A great clean safe car wash
