Not sure why others are saying its not that great--Im very happy! I bought the $10 wash, but I think the $6 one would have worked just fine. To be fair, I have a white car that was covered in dirt, but not tough, dried bugs or bird doo, so maybe its not strong enough to get the tougher stuff, but really, when it gets to that level, you need to wash your car by hand. They have two people with scrubbing brushes knock off the first layer of grime right at the start of the wash, and then your car proceeds through the rest. My car looks great, and you can use their vacuums for free with the purchase of any wash. Short of washing it yourself, this is the best car wash in Boerne. Trust me; Ive tried all the others!

My wife washed her car here and not an hour later we noticed huge scratch marks that went all the way through the paint down to the metal and down the side of the car. I immediately called the car wash and left several voicemails over a couple days. I finally met Lalo, who looked at the scratch for 1-3 secs and said "nope, that didnt happen here". He then told me that I probably did it when I hand washed the car with a sponge?? After trying to state my case, his aggression increased and basically called me a liar. I could only see the conversation going downhill from there so I left it alone. I am sure we are not the only ones who have encountered this horrible customer service! I wont be back.

There seems to be no continuity to the prep work done up front before your vehicle is pulled thru the car wash. Sometimes there are 2 people scrubbing down the glass and a few other areas. Sometimes there is only 1 person and half the car gets prepped? You never know what theyre going to do. In my experience, the $6.00 wash is as good as any of the others. Spend more than this and youre wasting your money. Free vacuum is nice, but they need to add a wash basin for customers to rinse out the cloth used to dry down the vehicle. All in all - a better deal than H-E-Bs $6.00 wash

This is the best car wash in town, but honestly that isnt saying much. The only other car washes are 1 or 2 of the gas station variety and one of the scrub brush and wand "do-it-yourself" types, and all of those are horrible. This one does an okay job of cleaning my truck, but it fails every time to rinse off all of the soap. And dont even think about leaving here with your vehicle DRY. I think a hand-held blow-dryer might do a better job in half the time than the automatic dryers here do. My advice - just wash your vehicle in your driveway for free.

My wife and I both use Boerne Car Wash Express. Great value and excellent car wash. Ive tried several others both in Boerne and San Antonio and the quality of the washes didnt compare with what we get at this location. Plenty of room to detail, vacuum (free) and dry your vehicle after you roll through the wash.

The equipment does a good job but the lazy employees at the entrance do a half assed job most of the time. I always buy the $16 wash and I expect the employees at the entrance that are supposed to prep the front and back of the vehicle to do a good job....they usually DO NOT!

I love this place. Beautiful car wash, fast and easy. Unlimited vacuuming after youre done. Not sure why someone would call the employees lazy, theyre on their feet all day directing us onto the track, the carwash really does the work.
