I couldnt agree more with the other 1 star review. I hired these classless people to do my roof 5 years ago for our new house. Not only did they end up being more expensive than they bid it at, they did a terrible job on our roof. Dennis would not do anything about the mistakes they made on our roof, even after the rep from the shingle supplier came out and acknowledged the poor workmanship and improper installation. It doesnt end there! The roof vents Dennis installed were brown and stuck out like a sore thumb.. When I asked why he didnt install black ones to match the shingles better, Dennis said "they dont make black ones , just paint them black" Lastly our roof has leaked numerous times from the time it was done as it did today after a heavy rain. Once again the quality of work is an absolute zero!! The customer service is even worse as Dennis and Rachel are the most classless people I have ever met! I would highly recommend Carpenter Roofing, M and R roofing, or Stetson Roofing as they all have great customer service, do great work and stand behind there work, unlike these jokers!!!!

Very rude customer service. I know these people are well-rated for their roofing. I cant comment on that, but I can comment on my last interaction with them. I was getting quotes from a number of people since this was an insurance claim. They came in higher than the rest and over what my insurance was willing to pay. I reviewed the claim, thought that maybe I would go with them just based on reputation, but in the end found someone who came under and could get it done faster. I would have called to let them know this, but it honestly slipped my mind. Ive been juggling several contractors and trying to keep up with the ones that I have hired for this claim. I just received a call from them asking if they should remove me from the call list. I said yes and was getting ready to apologize for not getting back to them when Rachel said that "well, it would have been nice to get a call" and hangs up. Well, if I had ever planned on using them for anything in the future, it wont happen now.

Absolute WORST contractor weve ever tried to work with to get a cap replaced on our chimney. Weve been trying for over a year to get them to finish a job they started and never finished and now wont respond to phone calls.
