OK, so he was 45 minutes late. Cant hold that against him it wasnt his fault. When he got to my home for a patch repair he was quick, thorough, cleaned up not only HIS mess but all my landscaping trash and hauled it away with him. Great Service there Jeff !!! There is a reason people in Flagstaff, and even General Contractors use Jeff. His rates are inexpensive, his work is neat, and he left cleaning up the mess. What else could you ask? This was a single ladies house - whos husband is in Afghanistan. It was great to see a guy not gouge - or take advantage - of a single woman paying the bill. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff for ANY roof repair. Period.

Jeff and his crew did roof repairs that I needed due to long term moisture damage from an evaporative cooler and inadequate attic ventilation. It required removing metal roofing, original asphalt shingles and the damaged plywood decking (a removing the old evaporative cooler). The guys did a great job for us. They work well together and actually enjoy what they are doing. They finished the job ahead of schedule and for a very fair price. Also my house is in Page, AZ (about 130 miles from Jeffs shop in Flagstaff). And, they left the yard and carport cleaner than it was when they got here. I would highly recommend Jeff and his crew! Leland Roofing was a bit higher than other roofing companies but I believe he is well worth it. Leland was upfront with me on his estimate and didnt push to upsell me on items I didnt need. He replaced my asphalt shingle roof and decking. While the decking was off, I added insulation. Leland and his team helped me add insulation and my entire roof with decking and shingles was finished in 2 - 3 days. A few of my vent caps needed replaced and Leland replaced those free of charge and also repaired my Chimney cap. I would highly recommend him as a local Flagstaff roofing contractor.

Leeland roofing was contracted to repair our roof after we purchased our home. The workers did not leave an invoice after they left and did not re-install the heat-tape properly. After many phone calls and requests to finish the contracted and paid work, we gave up and are going to hire another company to complete the work. Very dissapointing experience.

Jeff & crew re-roofed my garage for a fair price. I am a tough to please customer, and after a detailed inspection from the outside and the attic, I could not see any problems or cut corners with their work. They also went the extra mile on the clean up. I would recommend these guys and would hire them again.
