I went here after seeing a bunch of amazing reviews on facebook. I had wonderful service when it came to the experience itself, but the hair cut I received was AWFUL! My hair is basically a glorified mullet. I usually stay away from anything that frames my face because it makes me look about ten pounds heavier in my face and makes me look like a little boy. He did just this. The back of my hair looks fine, just the front is horrid. I wouldnt be so upset but my bangs and hair are so short that I cant pull it up or even wear a head band. I dont know if there is someone out there that can fix this hack job, but I hope there is because I just want to cry right now.

I really enjoyed my service I felt like Darlene listen to what I wanted and Josiah was just as helpful. I wasnt really sure what I wanted when I went in there and instead of them telling me what to do they helped me decide what I wanted and told me the pros and cons of what I asked for before I got set on a decision. And the products they use are so fantastic my hair is soft and silky and its just fantastic. Everyone Im around thinks my hair looks great and I owe it all to Darlene and josiah.
