I made an appointment and when I showed up on time I still had to wait another 20min. On top of that the woman was probably one of the most unprofessional hairstylists Ive ever had. She was constantly complaining, and even joked about how this was her first day. At one point she stuck her finger in her mouth and cleared something out from her gums while cutting my hair. She was constantly looking for her buzzer and misplacing things while cutting my hair. I can understand the shop being understaffed, but I think they need to uphold some standards of conduct and cleanliness.

I get my haircut about once or twice a year because I am always afraid of the cosmetologist messing up my cut. I went to Fantastic Sams and had Bree trim my hair. Normally the hair cutter goes through and cuts my hair as fast as they can so they can get me out of there, but this girl took her time. She cut my hair so carefully and exactly the way I wanted it. I would definitely go to her again, I have already recommended her to my mom and sister.

Ive been going to this salon for years and have never had a bad haircut. The people have always treated me with respect and they definitely earn the good tip I give them. There are always new faces of hair stylists but thats been true of everywhere Ive tried before besides small barber shops. Ill keep going here as long as I live close by and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hair cut that doesnt break the bank.

My son had his hair cut there. Rachel cut his hair. It was HORRIBLE. Very uneven and it looked like a chunk of hair was missing in the front because one spot was so short. She didnt listen to what he wanted, she walked away when he was telling her how he wanted his hair cut. Didnt greet him or engage in any conversation with while cutting his hair. I find this EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER service and will NEVER go back there.

Generally, all hair studios are a crap shoot...sometimes you get a great stylist and sometimes you dont. When you get a great stylist who knows what they are doing and listens to you, that is a bonus, and Kelly B. does a wonderful job. I have had a cut and color; have had tons of compliments; and the price is right.

Terrible I sat there 20 minutes waiting for them to open because I wasnt sure what time exactly they opened then the girl open the doors late and took a guy in front of me that had just showed up never even thought to ask who was there first very poor customer service will not go back there ever

We went here for several years for my young son, and while one hairstylist was really good with him, I couldnt always get her. The others were not so good, and one was really rude to him both times he had her. Brusque, unpleasant, and fast to the point of rough. No more; Im going elsewhere.
