Usually takes forever to get your hair cut, they usually only have 2 people working at a time so they are trying to go as faat as they can to get everyone in. I get a really simple haircut, shave and trim. And only maybe two times out of a dozen has it come out right. This last time I came in was the worst. They werent busy which is rare. And the lady on the wall where the tv is, second chair from the front desk, cut my hair. I told her very specificly how long to cut my hair. She cut it way too short, and its extremely uneven, definet butch job. And she was extremely rude.

Worst haircut I have ever had. Im not one to complain easily but this was just so terrible. Im a guy with a very easy haircut. I believe her name was Buffy who tried to help me, she was very nice but she gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. I just wanted a basic guys cut but my hair ended up all different lengths all over my head. It came out looking like she did it with her eyes closed. Its so bad I cant really do anything with it, except wait until its long enough to get it cut someplace else.

Under new management, I received the GQ haircut I needed very time without a wait. Brighton has so few of merchants to issue good reviews to, but this one earned these five stars from me. It is indeed hard to keep the place staffed with 4-6 techs during peak days or surprise rushes. Rednecks with a softball team: call ahead. I skillfully chose times when the foot traffic was low...

The place is amazing! All sparkling and shining. Very clean, very bright indeed. Stylists are very friendly and very professional. I saw the whole families, parents and kids, all looked totally happy with their hair and with their service. Prices are very reasonable. Shampoo and neck shave is complimentary.

I dont think they do a bad job on a haircut but every time I go in, I wait forever just for them to tell me they dont have time to do a partial highlight. When I specify that at the beginning. Id give 4 stars for quality, but only 2 since I cant seem to get service the last two times I tried. Waste of time

HORRIBLE!! NEVER GOING BACK!! My stylist was very rude!! She didnt do a very good job with my hair. And the lady that did my daughters hair wasnt much better. I will take my business somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.

Worst service ever. Took my wife there for a hair cut and oh boy was it rushed. Hair cut not what she asked, they didnt even bother drying her hair. All in all, skip this place if you can, not worth it. Will never set foot in there again
