I rarely do reviews for businesses, because I often dont have time. This place, however, having saved me a substantial amount of time deserves a few minutes dedicated to getting them more customers. I needed two tires for my Kia van (which eats through tires like nothing else). I came here because they had the best prices. I had my wife follow me in our other vehicle because I anticipated having to drop it off for a substantial period of time. Little did I know there was a pit crew waiting. I was greeted in the parking lot where they took the info and mileage. Inside (which was very clean and organized) I had complimentary bottled water, and was told it would only be about 25 minutes. It was more like 10. When they were finished one of the technicians brought the van around and gave me my receipt. He let me know they rotated the other two tires for me and topped them up as well. They didnt even move my seat. Everything was clean in the vehicle because they all used nitrile gloves. I noticed they also buffed some rust off of the back of my wheels and on the hub. They used a torque wrench after the impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts to the appropriate pounds of torque. Great attention to detail. Very friendly people here. Even if they didnt have the best prices (which they do), I would still come back here for the exemplary service. I only wish they did more than tires because Id come here for everything.

Only complaint is i had to wait 15min to even get to talk to someone, all i needed was a patch. Finally got someone they got my keys and all my info then finally on it will be 45-1 hour wait. They were doing new tires on a couple customers in front of me. But obviously there is no management going on. You need to manage your customers by first then by project. Updated June...So i received a call from the manager at this location about my review. I imagine they were dissatisfied with it. Told them my complaint and i had to go quickly. Didnt think anything else of it. Couple weeks later i received something in the mail. It was a 50 dollar off credit. Thank you soo much....NOW ONLY IF YOU WOULD OF GOT MY FIRST NAME CORRECT AND SPELLED MY LAST NAME CORRECT I MIGHT APPRECIATE THIS..........

They were quick and got me in and out. On the way home though, I noticed the ride was really bumpy and there was a lot of road noise. We had put a highly rated Michelin tire on the vehicle, so I was surprised by the road noise. The tires were over inflated and all were at 37, even though if you check the door of the vehicle it specifies tires should be at 33. Disappointed that a place that does tires on a daily basis cant get the air pressure right. Will drive the car tomorrow and hopefully the road noise issue will be better. My husband also noticed that our chrome stem valve covers had been replaced with black plastic. If you go here double check your tire pressure afterwards and if you have chrome valve stem covers and want to keep them, let them know.

These guys have taken care of me. I always get a good price on tires, and I love the replacement certificate program. Ive never failed to get my moneys worth from those, with how much I drive! Theyve also repaired tires for free, and will check and air up your tires for free. Wait times can be long some days, so call ahead if you have a tight schedule. Theyre wonderfully tolerant of my children running around while we wait. My daughter enjoys watching the work. I like places that have big windows in the customer lobby so you can see whats happening in the work bays. I like the chain in general, but Ive gotten exceptional service at this location.

I had a tire going flat Saturday that I only had discovered at around 4:30. I was in Denver and was not sure where a Discount Tire was so I call this location. They said as long as I was there around 5ish they could fix my tire. I arrived at 5:05 and they did what they said on the phone. They took my truck and fixed the defective value stem which only took about 15 minutes. I am so much appreciate them staying late to resolve my problem or I would have really been in a pickle. Great customer service!!!

Superb customer service! I came in on Cyber Monday and they were crazy busy! Between the phone ringing off the hook to people coming in for appointments, walk ins, folks that needed air checks. The crew there handled the pressure with kindness and respect. Also, the guys in the service bays were working together like a well oiled pit crew, fast, professional and efficient! Thanks Carlos for fitting me in the busy schedule and installing my snow tires in a timely manner. You all are awesome!

I have been buying tires from discount tire for over 30 years. This store is special! I had a balance issue that could not be resolved in their store. Management set up an appointment with a third-party to fix the issue and paid the third-party store to resolve the issue! You would have to be crazy to do business anywhere else with that kind of customer service.

Amazing service! I was helped by Ed and he took great care of me and let me know what kind of issues my tires/wheels had! He also gave me info on what kind of tires there were and what he would recommend. Ed also Gave me great advice on what to do. Overall I had a great experience here! Really friendly service here! Would definitely recommend to another person!

Excellent service. Car hit a pot hole and they offered to prorate the replacement tire without prompting - for something they may not get reimbursed for in the end. Made appointment online and the car was in at the promised time and out about 30-45 min later. My go-to tire store in Northeast Denver. Second visit. First was just as fine.

Terrible experience ever since I bought new wheels from them. I cant even take it in to get a tire rotation without them breaking a stem or stripping my lug nuts haha. I cant even get my wheels off at the moment trying to get new rotors and brakes put on. Definitely do not recommend going to this location

I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced and they told me it would be about 45 minutes. It only took them 20 minutes to complete, while they were extremely busy, and they completed my rotation and balance with no issues. Customer service is always great and they always exceed my expectations.

In and out in 20 minutes! Had a brand-new tire go flat mysteriously and came in to get it fixed. Showed up at 8 am, there was a line outside the door. Eric took my key and before you know it, I had a replacement tire installed and ready to go. Great guys, professional and courteous.

These guys. They are customer service. If you complain on something they will take it seriously and will improve the next time around so it wont happen. I do recommend them. I do suggest setting appointments. They have a bay set just for appointments. So you are next one in that Bay.
