I have gone with these guys for about 5 years now and they do not disappoint. I certainly have a hard time trusting most mechanics as most of us do but I have 100% trust in these guys. They are honest and up front (which I greatly appreciate) while doing quality work. I am writing this review because this time they have gone above and beyond my expectations. I have a 2003 Honda Civic with over 247,000 miles on it. Its been a great car but some things are understandably falling apart like the struts for instance. I recently moved further away from Centennial Auto and decided to go with a shop down the street from me and this proved to be a mistake. They wanted to charge me over $1100 to replace the front struts which seemed outrageous and I immediately called Centennial Auto to get a second opinion. Zach was very helpful and said that they could do it for a little over $500. I know that businesses need to make a profit but the price difference was huge and felt like I would have been ripped off if I went with the other guys. Not only did they offer me a much lower price but offered to pick up my car from the other shop and take it back to their shop to fix it by the end of the day. WOW!! Im a customer for life now. Thanks Zach and Centennial Auto for being honest and very accommodating!! I will definitely refer Centennial Auto to everyone I know.

You are hearing it from a woman! Ladies, I have been a long time customer of Centennial Auto repair. I have been to their shop for years and they are so fair and honest with me. they take the time to explain things and show me so I can see the repair for myself. For a while I would call around and shop them but after many times of them not only being a fair and very competative price they also have earned my trust. several times I had a oil change coupon and took my car to the "chain" and they tell me that I need $2000 in repairs I bring it in to the guys at Centennial Auto Repair, they check the list out for free and almost always come back and tell me the repair isnt needed or it was alot less thanI was quoted by the other shop. They tell me what is wrong and then they prioritize it by telling me saftey items first then possible future breakdown worries, and then good maintence items. I am on a budget so it is nice to know what is urgent and what I can wait on, if they do find a problem. they arent pushy and they have the nicest, cleanest shop around. their waiting room is nicer than my Dr.s office. I recommend this shop to EVERYONE I know beacuse I know. I have found something awesome.

I cannot adequately say how fantastic the guys over at Centennial Auto are. I was looking to buy a used car, and Dana helped me out with pre-purchase inspections. At one point he even agreed to meet me at the owners house since there was no opportunity to get the car to the shop! He was always honest with me about what each car needed, and encouraged me to keep looking rather than trying to convince me to let him take care of the repairs. He always looked out for me and was completely forthright with every inspection and price quote. He eventually directed me to a Honda dealership rather than craigslist, and I walked away with a lease that was completely within my budget. That means that in order to take care of my needs and my safety, he directed me to a dealership when he knew hed probably lose business because I wouldnt need any repairs done! You can bet though, that if at any time I need a reliable mechanic, this is where I am going to go, and I ABSOLUTELY encourage anyone else to give these guys your business. You will not find anyone more honest, reliable, or fair!

Ive been a customer of Centennial Auto Repair for 2 years. Dana and his team have always gone the extra mile for my wife and I. And, this is not something that they limit to repeat, or select customers, they do this for everyone. Just today, I had to take my truck in for warranty work on my front brakes. They had replaced them not too long ago, but the pads glazed over and began squealing. I went in for an adjustment, but the pads were the issue and not the settings. So, I made an appointment for today and took it in. Zach quickly checked me in and I made myself comfortable with my iPod and tablet. At one point, Dana came out front and greeted me by name and asked how me and my family were doing. This is not something I normally encounter. It was a pleasant surprise and made me feel like a part of the family. Thank you Centennial Auto for taking care of our vehicles as if they were yours or your familys. Sincerely, Trey and Kimberly Dawkins

In a word... Awesome! The owner Dana is frequently in the shop & serving customers with his wealth of experience, and Geoff the service manager (front desk dude extraordinaire) is super knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & makes things easy & clear. The techs are highly experienced and professional. I have been taking my cars here since Nov 2012 (almost 3 years now) - 6 cars so far - and have had a super positive relationship with this stellar auto mechanic shop. Ive had them change my oil in every car all the way up to swapping out an engine in a 1994 Celica GT, and almost everything else in between. All great results. Dont shop around to find the cheapest auto mechanic (as in most other aspects of life, you get what you pay for), come here to Centennial Auto Repair and put your vehicles in the hands of pros who will shoot straight, only fix whats really broken, and charge a fair price for great work. Seriously, these guys are awesome.

I recently went to another repair shop & was told I needed all four bearings on my Explorer replaced. Their pricing was so ridiculous I Googled repair shops in the area. After lengthy conversations with numerous shops I decided Centennial Auto Repair sounded the most knowledgeable & reasonably priced. I found out the first shop had completely misdiagnosed the problems I was experiencing & thankfully I found a shop that knew what they were doing. I was treated with respect & everyone at the shop conducted themselves professionally. I am so glad I found a repair shop that I know is trustworthy & will definitely get my business going forward. They are extremely busy which is a great indication they are doing something right. With that said, my car was ready when they said it would be & is running Great!

I have had two vehicles serviced at this shop. Both times had to return them with same complaints!! I spent over 600.00 dollars on my honda with a coolant leak and rough running complaints. They did fix the rough running prpblem (a bad distuributor) and put a new heater hose on. However I have only had the car back 3 days so the verdict is still out!! The coolant leak is still there in the same spot so they must not have been able to diagnose it!!! I will not return because I do not have faith in their diagnostic services. I also upon inspection of engine compartment noticed that the cap to the cooolant overflow container was broken and was not that way when I took it in!!! Will use my old shop, where complaints were solved on 1st attempt!
