There was a severe hail storm on Sept 14, 2013 in my area. I allowed the insurance company to send their own investigator to my house for the estimate. They denied the claim saying it was preexisting damage. After that I had Apex project manager Chris investigate the damage. His team was very thorough. They took photos and gave proof that the damage was from the recent storm and not preexisting damage. They also included all damage to the house created by the hail storm. The insurance company now had to approve my claim because so much proof was presented. The Apex team then came out and put on top quality shingles and rain gutters. The new shingles and gutters were a better quality than I had before so it greatly appreciated the value of my house. My house also looks much better with the top quality shingles and gutters.

We were approached by Apex after a season of hail storms had hit Aurora, CO. They were professional and thorough. They stayed with us the entire time our insurance adjustor was completing their evaluation of our claim (almost 6 hours) and once the claim was approved they moved quickly to get the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and even made last minute adjustments to our job as we decided the color of the roof didnt match the color of our trim and wanted to change it - after they had already ordered the gutter and trim for the house. They were able to complete nearly all of the different aspects of our claim, so we didnt have to go searching for other service providers. They are definitely a service I would recommend to my friends and family.

Lawrence i apologize for your frustration with my company. I went out after being out of town for a week to your house to look at the job that Shannon one on my salesmen gave you to confirm what we needed to done.Once i saw that the porches had torch down modified bitumen on them and the scope of work that needed to be done i did not want to do the job.The real reason for this is torch down modified has to be done with an actual torch and very dangerous. I met your wife and saw that you have children as i have 3 small children as well and did not want to jeopardize your house or family just to do a job. This was my decision based on the facts.I apologize again for your inconvenience with how the situation was handled.

I found Apex roofing extremely frustrating to try to contract. They were initially good about coming out to give us a bid for two flat roofs. The bid price was good and I told them they had the job. There was a question about putting a taper on them and I had to call them multiple times to get someone to come out and figure out what taper size to place on it. Someone finally did come out after 4 weeks of wasted time and immediately thereafter my roofing project was deemed "too difficult" for them to do. They wasted 4 weeks during which I could have had someone else complete the project which has delayed other work that I need done on my house. This is highly unprofessional and I would stay away from them.

I am a Farmers Insurance Agent here in Centennial Colorado and live in Castle Pines Village. Our roof was about 20 years old and got hammered by hail. We had Apex Roofing and Restoration replace the roof for us. It’s a big roof with lots of angles. Apex did an amazing job and it only took a couple days. Michael Dye the owner worked directly with the insurance adjuster to get a few things added that were forgotten in the original paperwork from the insurance company. Douglas County apparently has a few building code items that must be included that other counties do not require. Over all I would say it is an easy 5 star job. Thanks Apex.

We worked with Chris Galvan. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He was even present when we had our insurance claim representative walk around to access the hail damage. He was always on time and his team cleaned up afterward. Only found a few nails here and there and some pieces of shingles in our backyard, which is to be expected. Very pleased. We received a discount on our home insurance since its a new roof and higher quality than what we had previously. Would recommend talking with Chris if you are in need of a new roof.

Unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky hail damage victims this spring. It was the first time I had to deal with any type of major home repairs. Thus, it was very stressful and sad for me. Hired Chris and Apex to help us with our hail damage claim after failed attempt with insurance company to total the roof. Chris was very thorough in his dealing with our insurance company and succeeded in getting them to consider our old cedar shake roof totaled, which it definitely was. Scheduling was straightforward, and the removal and installation was done promptly. First inspection failed with a few minor issues, but the crew came back and took care of them expediently. The new roof looks great and have had no issues with leaks, etc. Overall great experience with Chris and Apex.

Apex did a great job on replacing our roof after hail damage. I wanted to manage each of the trades; repainting the house, fixing garage doors, screens... and Chris Galvan of Apex gave me great names of guys to help me get everything fixed. I am sure Chris could have handled it all too if I wanted to go that way. Apex got the roof done quickly before most other homes in our neighborhood. Once I had the down payment ready they were on the roof within a couple days. Id gladly have them fix our roof again should we ever need it.
