Their team provides home and business owners the highest insurance coverage over any other contractor. I was denied coverage for repairs by my insurance carrier. K1 not only got me approved, but because they specialize in claims they got the insurance company to fully repair my roof! K1 got my clients claims approved when the insurance companies said there wasnt a claim. We went from no claim to over $600k on a commercial building. My clients property value went up considerably due to the work we did. Roof, Windows, stucco, paint, signage, gutters to name a few items covered and replaced. Since working with K1 over a year ago they have won 5 claims and went from no coverage to some claims well over $1 million. This company dose what it says and has been great to work with.

I never write bad reviews, but Im actually taking my time to warn anyone else of this company. I would not recommend K1 Roofing or ever let them on my property again. We had communications problems throughout the project; specifically with scheduling and punch list items that took months to complete.

Worst company around dont let them near your project unless u want labor leans I will be putting intent to lean papers on 8 of there customers properties today. They have been lying for weeks about paying. Now they are saying they cant afford to pay what a joke

These guys are ridiculous, it has been six months and they still havent completed their work. They schedule time to do something and never show up. I dont recommend k1 roofing to anyone!
