I have been a custom home builder in the El Paso and Douglas County area for over 18 years and Brian Pierce Roofing has done my work for the majority of that time and still does. Brain and Karen are incredible business owners, their workmanship is outstanding as well as pricing, scheduling and warranty. I would highly recommend this roofing company hands down. As a custom home builder one of the most important working parts of a house is the roof, we tend to do outside the norm on our roof pitches, going with 12/12 to 18/12 pitch and there are very few roofers that have this capability of doing this, not only are they one of the few that are able to do complex roof lines but do it extremely well. I have edited my review down to one star because Im finding out that my roof and gutters are leaking on my house and I cannot get a hold of anyone at Brian Pierce Roofing to get someone out there to see whats wrong. As an out-of-state homeowner with tenants this is extremely frustrating. When they originally built the new roof, they left the old gutters hanging off the front of my house for over 2 weeks and didnt notify anyone that they needed to order more parts and come back at a later date to install them. Edit: They got out to my house very quickly to repair the leak around the skylight and on the gutters. Bumped the review up from one star to three.

Brian and his team were very professional and friendly. They made the roofing process very fast and smooth. We have peace of mind knowing what a good job they did after a recent storm when several of our neighbors were complaining of leaks in their roof when we had no problems what so ever.
