As an insurance professional, it is of vital importance to have a trusted roofing company to help when things go badly for clients. The roof is the #1 protector of the home, and when I have a client in need, I always think of Elite Roofing first. They do great work, keep the client and me apprised of every step along the way, and their customer service is second-to-none. I enjoy having not only a trusted company to work with, but also enjoy the fact that the staff is professional and extremely positive. When a client is in need of a roof they are concerned on many fronts, including price, deductible, the speed at which the job can be completed and more, and it is always a relief to know that even if I dont have all of the information at hand, Elite is wonderful at keeping the client informed. Colorado is such a disaster-prone part of the country, and so many "bait & switch" roofing companies flock here in the summer from Kansas, Nebraska, Texas and more, only to take advantage of the high volume of new roofs needed. I am so grateful to have a Colorado-based company who does the job right, and look forward to many more years of doing business with ELITE Roofing.

Elite has been the main contractor on 2 projects for me and I could not be happier with the way everything turned out. Peder, the main man on both of them, was as knowledgeable and professional as you could ever want someone who you trust to repair a major portion of your home, could be! All the work was taken care of by Elite, shingles, siding repair, gutters & downspouts and painting. I didnt have to do a thing, no calling and getting bids from three or four different contractors for each phase of the project. And the coolest thing is that they handled all of this working with my insurance company. After the initial process of meeting with them and selecting shingles and going over what had to be repaired I didnt have to worry at all. They get me informed on the billing process and worked out any problems with the insurance company. All the work was done professionally and completed on time. They inspected the work before calling for a final city inspection, making sure all work was up to code. I cant recommend Elite Roofing highly enough, they were the best!!!

I was referred to Elite Roofing by a friend and I must say my experience was not a stellar one. The initial contact was good, but once the sale was made it seemed the project manager Michael was no longer interested. Scheduling errors caused me to stay home on three occasions where someone was supposed to show up and didnt. All I got from Michael was a sorry, someone elses fault. Thats if he did contact me at all. The crew assigned to do my roof arrived late and made a few critical errors in what they called "done" and actually didnt do some things that were on the insurance settlement, the same settlement that Elite bases their final bill on. They eventually came out and corrected the errors and I now have a roof that has passed inspection. In defense of Elite, my neighbor across the street had his roof done a couple days later (a different Elite crew) and they did a fantastic job. I wont be using Elite again, I should have stuck with the company I knew.

I heard about elite from a friend of mine. I contacted them after the May hailstorm in Lakewood Co and Peder came out that evening! We were in contact regularly regarding the project. He and his associates assisted in working with my insurance company and even met me when I got a last minute notice that the insurance adjuster was on his way to look at my property. He spoke with the adjuster to make sure all aspects of the roof were covered in the claim. Due to the influx of work from the storm my project was pushed out by a few weeks. Deleting very of materials was quick and all of the men who worked on my project were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Peder showed up on the project to make sure all was going well and touched base with me afterwards to make sure I was happy! I greatly appreciate their efforts and would refer them to anyone who needs a roof!

After many years of having to deal with a lot of roofing companies, Brianna, Bryan and the Elite Roofing team are head and shoulders above the rest. Bryan was personable and considerate of my time. When he came out to do the estimate, he didnt try to replace to entire roof although the damage was significant in specific areas. Before I signed a contract, he put a tarp over the most heavily damaged area for no charge. He then worked with my insurance adjustor to get the approval for the work. The crew arrived promptly and worked hard to get the work completed as promised. Bryan then stopped by to do a final inspection and collect the payment. This is the way a service business should be run. I feel confident recommending Elite to anyone, and I will use them for any future repairs.

My relationship with Elite Roofing started several years ago when they replaced my roof after a severe storm. Donny Brust was the rep on my case and he is absolutely wonderful. He met with the insurance adjuster and advocated for my best interests to get the most coverage. Since then, I have used Donny on other projects (I am a Realtor) and all my clients couldnt say enough about Donny and Elite. They have professional crews that do quality job on time and on budget. Donnys interest in his clients is truly genuine, he is not looking to make a quick buck and disappear but to build a lasting relationship by always working for your best interests, being responsive and providing honest feedback. Elite Roofing and Donny are my go to people for all my roofing needs.

After roof was damaged from a hail/rain storm in June 2015, I contacted my insurance company, who checked my house and garage roof. I contacted four roofing firms who reviewed the roof and only two returned bids. I was referred to Elite, and called them to make a bid. Rick Lemon, a project manager, came to our house within two days, checked on the roof, and within a week, we had a bid. He provided complete information on Elite, a copy of their liability insurance information, and we signed off on their doing the roof. All the work was completed as stated in their bid, and we are very pleased with their work. We have recommended them to two of our neighbors who have had roof damage, and one has had a new roof just completed by Elite Roofing.

Our insurance company is Farmers Insurance and they recommended Elite Roofing to us. Our representative was Michael Levin. From our first contact with Michael to the completion of the roof, we were pleased that Michael was always accessible and professional. The dates he gave to complete the roof were all met and the crew was very diligent in completing the work in one day. We were very satisfied with the outcome and have since recommended Elite to our neighbors as well as our clients (my husband and I are both realtors). We will continue to recommend them when ever the opportunity arises.
