Tennant Roofing just installed my new roof. I am totally estatic with the way in which it turned out. In the middle of winter this job went as smooth as i could have hoped. With all the bids I received and all the salesmen I talked to, I was very sold on Brian Tennant and his company. When the owner of one of Denvers premier roofing contractors comes to my home to give me the estimate I felt that was special. I was not led in any direction, Brian listened to what I wanted and made recommendations. Their Price was great. The crew was GREAT. Clean up was spectacular. Brian himself along with his superintendant checked the Crew daily. They used no subcontractors and I received a copy of liability and WORKMANS compensation insurance forms before work begain. I have a 45 square roof and it was done in 2 days. I paid NO MONEY up front and paid AFTER the work was completed to my satisfaction and the county inspectors satisfaction. The roofing inspector passed the roof on the first inspection. I was very pleased when the County Inspector told me that Tennant is ALWAYS in compliance and does some of the very best work in town. I was impressed that Tennant was chosen to put a brand new roof on the Denver Broncos dove valley office building and was very impressed with all the recommendation letters that Brian provided me for references. Brians Grandfather started roofing homes in the Denver area in 1951. There is so much knowledge in this company. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. UPDATE 7/12/17.. Again after the new hailstorm Tennant Roofing did my roof for the second time. They did even a better job this time. Fast, professional and very pleasant to work with. The crews have been supervised by Brian and Brandon and again I cannot be happier. Again the inspector commented on how nice and clean and professional the roof was installed. This was a different inspector that came out the last time. There is no other company that would even consider to do my roofing. Thank you Brian. Gordon.

We strongly recommend Tennant Roofing, Inc. to anyone considering a new roof and/or new gutters. We couldn’t be happier with the new DaVinci Bellaforte shake-look polymer roof they recently installed for us. Their customer service, attention to detail and old-fashioned pride in their work is refreshing. Following the September 2014 hail storm we immediately contacted company President Brian Tennant, who had installed our existing roof nearly 15 years earlier. But we also solicited bids from three other top-notch roofers. We found that Tennant still offered competitive pricing and installation quality that exceeded city and manufacturer specifications and requirements. One of the pluses of working with Tennant Roofing is that customers work directly with company President Brian Tennant from beginning to end. He’s there every step of the way providing recommendations to the customer and overseeing the installation crew, which in our case was headed by a man who’s been with the company for nearly 20 years. The crew was knowledgeable, hard working, courteous and aiming to please in every regard. The work site was cleaned up thoroughly each evening and particularly well at completion. Since this new roof went on, many people have enthusiastically complimented to us on the appearance and the quality of installation. The city inspector was totally impressed. He marveled at the care that had gone into the installation of the hidden valleys, the straight alignment of the rows and the overall attention to detail. Again, we couldn’t be happier.

I hate hail storms. I must have had 300 roofing sales men at my door. another 1000 calling on the phone. I had heard from 4 of my neighbors who used Tennant Roofing. I Heard nothing but good things.I had heard some bad things about another company doing roofs near by who says they are the largest is the state. I called Tennant and Brian came over to see me. You can always tell the difference between a roofer and a salesman. Brian the owner showed me some things that needed to be added to my roof in the form of ventilation that none of the other roofers ever mentioned. Brian had knowledge that only a true installer would know. All my questions were answered and there was no pressure to sign. I the saw that he did all the work for my beloved Denver Broncos and DISH network. I found out that this company has been putting on roofs since 1951. I signed with Tennant to do my roof and I cannot tell you how happy I am. My roof looks so much better than my neighbors. Many of them are not happy with the job they got from the other company. The crew was wonderful. my property was kept very clean. My roof looks so much better than the others. To top it off when the building inspector showed up I asked him how it looked and he said he had not seen a better job. Looking at other reviews here, I see that others had the same response from inspectors in other cities. You cant go wrong with this company. Thank you, Drew Mesmer.

When we needed to replace our worn & damaged roof we wanted a local company. I learned when I met them that their family have been doing this over generations, which is meaningful to me. Brian personally came over and his crew fixed the flashing, identified and repaired drainage paths that were actually damaging our home. We had them install seamless gutters because ours were rusting out. They were done beautifully and are stronger and better than then originals. They then installed a Certainteed roof and Brian helped me choose a coordinating color. We used their 30 year product. It turned out PERFECT. His crew was AWESOME. Interesting note: We recently sold our home and when we did, even the home inspector remarked more than once on how nice the roof was. Totally unexpected. Ethical & fair, with integrity, skill & are trustworthy. I recommend you call Brian. They treated us right.

Tennant Roofing just completed a large project at our house - we replaced our entire roof (sloping and flat) and gutters which were damaged in an incredible hail storm this past summer. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the knowledge that Brian and team brought to our project. They worked very well with our insurance company as the level of damage was under review and various options were discussed. They worked very well with us in determining the final materials, the scope and the timing. Once the planning was done, the roof/gutters were installed on time, and on budget. The finished product is lovely and we are very pleased with how it looks and how the project was done. We would recommend this company without any reservations - an outstanding job!
