I recently hired Triton roofing to put a new roof on my house which had two layers and was more than a minor undertaking. After interviewing 7 or 8 different companies Triton had the best presentation by far. They didnt want to sell you a new roof and get your job like the other roofing companies they wanted to educate you so that you as a homeowner could make an informed decision. I had already done the basic research on roofs and what I needed but Todd the owner brought my education to a whole new level. He and I decided on the best roof for my house together. He had a presentation of how the roof goes on and the different materials. It was amazing. The other companies had nothing like it. It was service with a smile and one hell of a presentation. I will admit he was not the cheapest and was actually one of the more expensive bids I got but when he talked about the 25 year warranty on the workmanship and 50 year warranty on manufacturing defects that is backed by GAF the manufacturer that sold me. Even if Triton goes out of business or leaves town GAF will still honor the warranty. I cant beat that. When the crew arrived on the scheduled date and right on time they went right to work. They were fast and efficient in their work and even cleaned up as they went. I was worried that I couldnt let my dogs out the back yard because of the debris but they made sure it was all clean when they left the first night. They worked until 7 or 8 pm that night. They came back the next day and same as day one. Right to work and got my roof and barn done in two days. They cleaned up every little scrap and even raked up stuff they didnt have to which was nice. My expectations were that I would be spending days picking up crap they left behind but NO they left it better than when they arrived. The crew was amazing and so nice. I have never seen people work so hard. The next day Todd came by to inspect the roof and make sure I was satisfied. He went over the warranty information again and said I will receive inspections from the building department and from GAF to make sure everything was done right. I will admit I had a bad predisposition of roofing companies and had some expectations of how things would go and was willing to deal with it. All I can say is I was so wrong. Todd and Triton roofing is the best company I have ever had to deal with. If you need any roofing work done or solar panel they do that too but I didnt get that then call Triton roofing. They truly are the best out there.

Triton Roofing was highly recommended by my handyman so they were one of two contractors I called for a roofing estimate following storm damage. Todd, one of the owners of Triton, came to inspect my property and give me a roofing estimate. He was very thorough in his presentation of what needed to be done and of the GAF roofing system and master elite options offered by Triton. Tritons estimate was below the other contractor for a superior product and guarantee. Todd made himself available to answer my questions in detail throughout the process of completing the job- from the initial visit, getting the contract signed, completing the job, through making sure my property was cleaned up of debris. There was an unexpected need to replace most of the roof decking, and Todd worked with my insurance claims adjuster to be sure that proper documentation was provided so that the additional costs were covered by insurance. Tritons communication with my insurance adjuster was critical in getting the project done within the confines of my deductible. I opted to upgrade my roof to a hail resistant shingle and the gold star package and I am very happy with that choice. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again in the unlikely event that it should be needed. My new roof is beautiful!

My first experience with Triton was after the hail storm in 2012. I had to get a complete new roof due to the damage. I had several estimates from the storm chasers, and a couple from reliable companies here in the Springs. Todd met with me several times, and answered all my questions professionally and to the point. He never did the hard sell or scare tactics used by most of the door knockers I encountered. It is an added benefit that the Triton guys are fellow Veterans and understand service before self. Todd and his crew did a superb job on my roof. That experience led to several referrals in my neighborhood after my neighbors saw the quality of the work done on my home. The latest May 2014 hail storm hit our area hard, and the door knockers were again out in force. Todd came out and inspected my roof, and had it repaired immediately. Again, due to the quality of their work and great word of mouth referrals, most of the homes on my cul-de-sac now have Triton installed roofs, or are getting one installed as I type this. When our house got damaged from last years hail storm we had triton roofing help us handle our claim. From start to finish justin was very helpful in handling everything from our roof, to siding to misc things around the house with painting and ac etc. Even during a family emergency of our parents passing. He was very patient with us and told us not worry about anything while he handled everything to be scheduled to be fixed. He responded to my text messages and questions in a timely matter. The contractors that came over here as well were also very polite and helpful with explaining what they were doing and the time they would be finished without any distribution to our own schedule. I highly recommend justin and his team to anybody who needs work done with their house. They will be the first people I call if any future repairs come up. They are Very trustworthy, friendly and the quality of work is a A+. We are overall satisfied with the look and the repairs that were done. The summer of 2016 will go down in history as the summer of really big hail. The hail did so much damage to our community here in Security, Colorado. I ended up with a Hile in my skylight that was bigger than a baseball. I knew at that point I had to get my roof checked and replaced. I asked friends if they had good experiences with roofing companies. Triton Roofing and Solar was the name that came up. So, I have them a call. Justin came over and my roof. He sat down with me to explain the claim process. I asked if he works also help me find someone to repair my fence and tail around my deck and someone to replace damaged screens. He was happy to represent me for my entire claim. Justin and his business partner, Todd, are retired from the military. They are vested in the Colorado Springs community. They arent the typical door to door bell ringers. Most of their business comes from referrals, which speaks volumes. Thanks for my awesome looking roof and the great customer service.
