Im not a roofer myself, but I could have done a far better job than what was done by Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc. The scope of the job was fairly small, 4 corner patches on a commercial flat roof (less than 1 sq ft each), and some patching of stucco where birds apparently had pecked some holes. The 4 corners were done satisfactorily, but the stucco repair looked like something my children would have done playing around. It was simply slopped on with a putty knife (white stucco patch on tan stucco), and was not smoothed or sanded, nor was any attempt made to match the existing color. The total job took 2 workers, 2 hours to complete, at a cost of $650. Materials involved were 4 rubber liner patches (less than 1 sq ft each), some adhesive and a quart size container of white stucco patch. All in all it was very poor quality workmanship and not at all worth the price paid. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Run Away!! I have no idea how this guy has a high rating with BBB. I asked for a labor only quote for 2 guys for 4 hours each. I already had purchased all materials for finishing gutters on a Decra roof. Contractor told me price would be around $2000. He is paying labors about $20 an hour with no vacation or benefits. You do the math and tell me this guy is reputable. He also told me multiple incorrect things about how Decra should be installed to try and get more money out of the install. Only thing advanced about these guys is their price. Beware Decra rep in Denver area and these guys seem to be in bed together. If you need roof work done, do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I had a great experience with Mark and the work that his team did on replacing my old roof. Mark Silva worked hard at getting the most money from my insurance company and the process transitioned easily. I would definietly recommend Advanced Roofing Systems, Inc.

Do not use this contractor - besides doing a substandard job, he did not fulfill his original contract, and to top it all off, his roof leaked and he refused to honor the warranty. DO NOT USE
