Recently completed a roof and gutter replacement with Infinity and I could not be happier. The home was sold and the buyers inspection found some hail damage and the buyer requested a new roof. Due to the buyer having a VA loan, there was not a lot of room to negotiate, they needed a new roof or they would not get financing. We were on a tight deadline and needed to have a full roof replacement (including decking) and all gutters replaced. We had less than four weeks from finding out about the damage to closing, a timeline no other roofer in the state could not pull off due to a string of recent storms and a lot of backlog of work. I contacted Clint Janis with Infinity who came out the same day as my call to take a look at the roof. He confirmed that there was indeed damage and helped walked me through the next steps. I contacted insurance and after about a week they agreed to replace the roof and gutters. As soon as insurance agreed to play ball, Clint worked to get materials ordered and was also proactive in assuring all code issues were addressed ahead of time, there were never any surprises. Due to the age of the old roof, this wasnt just removing shingles and replacing. After all was said and done, we got the roof and gutters on, passed inspection, and was able to close on time. Had we not been able to get this done, our Veteran buyers would have lost financing (their loan lock expired the day we closed), and would have been homeless. Even as the buyers agent threw curve-balls at us (told use we have until the 28th to close, then told us we needed to close by the 10th, less than two weeks before the deadline), Clint still made it happen. Infinity met all deadlines (the only delays were caused by the insurance company and the city inspection schedule), the quality of the work was fantastic, and the customer service from the first call to the completion of the project has been top notch. Infinity will be the first call I make for any future roofing or restoration needs.

After the giant Sept. 2014 hail storm, the rep sold me on Infinitys services. They had great paperwork, and everything seemed solid. Then I signed on the dotted line. Mistake. After that, it became all about the money, and very little about customer service. Here were the issues: • Rep was in a HUGE hurry to get things scheduled. I wanted to wait until summer because of company in town, and other obligations. • Roof color “Slate” was GREEN, not gray as described. No sample sent, so I’m stuck with a green roof. • Painters and gutter companies showed up on the same day – AND with zero notice. • Gutters that were installed are clearly inferior to what I previously had. • Rep would not deal with the window company, so I had to do that separately. • Rep kept insisting he needed to see the statement of work from insurance so that he could adjust my bill (upward) accordingly. Shouldn’t he know his own costs??? • Rep never came to inspect the completed work. In fact the only time he came by was to collect money. • Invoice was generic and did not itemize cost as required in my signed contract. • Billing extremely unorganized. • After final bill was paid, rep came back with “forgotten” charges. These seem to be legit, but he was rude about my “failure to pay in a timely manner’ (ie – in less than 2 weeks) – despite the fact that I was out of town for Thanksgiving and needed time to review the invoice & new charges. Invoice was dated as past due, even though this was a net new bill. The one pro – the Painters were EXCELLENT! Bottom line – do not use them. I can’t wait until I never have to hear from the rep again --- which I thought was the case with my first “final” payment.

I learned of Infinity Roofing because our neighbor used them to replace their roof and they had a very good experience with them. I contacted the Denver area Infinity Roofing general contractor (who our neighbor used) and met with Landon about our roof. Our house was hit by a nasty hailstorm in the summer of 2012 and we didnt feel that our claims adjuster from our insurance company was fair with us. We werent provided with any money for house paint or small items on the roof. Landon put together a comprehensive quote providing detailed damage and photos of the entire roof and paint damage. That initiated a follow-up insurance claims adjuster to come to our house for a reinspection, and Landon met with the claims adjuster. With Landons help and expertise, our insurance company agreed to pay for all damages, which increased our claim amount by an additional $9,000. Because of Landons persistance and attention to detail, we were able to get a new roof, whole house paint, and deck work done. All the work was done quickly and professionally. While some of my neighbors were complaining about the mess the roofers left behind in their yards (nails and shingle pieces) we did not have any of the mess or anything to complain about. When the Infinity Roofing crew was done, they spent time cleaning up the entire work site. We had a terrific experience with Landon and Infinity Roofing. I will use them again if needed and happily refer them to anyone needing to have work done to their roof. Randy - Parker, CO

Hail Damage Repairs... A door to door salesman showed up around 7:30 pm and made us awair of the hailstorm on the 4th of july. He had us sign a paper saying he would be the only one to do the work. (HI PRESURE) Our insurance agent came out and said we needed the repairs,we werent awair of the damage besides a few items blown around by wind. The roofing materials were left on our roof one day while we were at work. 5 days later unanounced around 7:45 am on a Saterday the workers were here. Very inconvienent. We then to try to insure the best work and since we werent going to leave them here alone, fed them a bbq briskit and chips lunch. They were all imports from Mexico with no English recognition or speech. Very Sad Infinity Restoration doesnt have American workers besides sales and billing. A month after the roof was on our 2 screens that were damaged were finally brought to us at 8pm at night. Maybe just a coincidence but the day after the roof was done where the roofers tools were layed in the front yard we noticed a large ceramic planter was now gone. Infinity Restoration then sent us a bill for $2700+ more than the origional agreement and claimed the house was 4 full squares larger than anticipated. Our insurance company then had an "eagle eye view" from space that showed they had already payed more than what the square footage actually is. I feel Infinity Restoration is just a bad company and would never recommend them to anyone!!

For the most part the roofing project turned out great but the salesman took the money and ran so-to-speak. I noticed 2 1/2 hours later and called with a problem where the roofing and siding met which had a huge gap. In addition the workers damaged a mototcycle cover and the mirror on the cycle. He sent a crew the next day but they werent able to put a finished look to it. After calling the salesman several times later and getting no response I gave up. I have submitted a photo but I doubt theyll post it here. Id be more than happy to send you pic and talk about my experience if youre interested. I really liked the crew and they worked very hard but my check list still hasnt been addressed. Im also writing the better business to let them know about the lack of follow through. ***** UPDATE ****** Though it took a few weeks to resolve the company made restitution and fixed what they could on the gap between roofing and siding. I ran into a friend whos neighbor works for Infinity Roofing weeks later. I feel confident the company does good work, a little pricey, and would recommend them to friends and family. I would also recommend that you dont sign off on the payment till your satisfied. I really like the look of the roofing!!!
