I was inundated with slimy roofers once a Hail storm went through- everyone wanting down payments and sales guys with out of state license plates. I was referred to Ray (RTP) and found him to be highly ethical. I added a few terms to the contract and these guys did a great job - on time- cleaned up debris really well - great workmanship. As I look to my other neighbors I was happy that I had chosen a local contractor rather than the high speed foreign crews that install in rapid fire. It costs the same and was worth the effort to buy and employ local residents.

I called this company to get a second opinion, Mr. Phillips was so nice and very informative. Unfortunately I ended up going with the first company I called do to a mix up in communication. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with their service even though I ended up going with a different company. They really took the time to explain things and were very quick to answer any questions and to get my estimate back. Needless to say if I ever need any work done again, these guys will be the first and only company Ill call.

Amazing service and honesty. We called them out to take a look at a number of issues we were having and for all of them he offered his best advice, including DIY fixes and trying out drainage solutions before deciding, instead of trying to just make the sale. Walked away without any work (this time), but he also walked away with a customer for all of our future needs! Highly recommend Ray and RTP. Many thanks!
