I chose to get a quote recently June 2015, after we had some hail storms come through our neighborhood. They were pretty busy so said theyd be out in 2 weeks time. No big deal there as you can file a hail damage claim up to 1 year after a storm. Well 2 weeks later I received a call from a man whos name started with an M, Mark or Morris, something like that, stating that he would be going by the house that day and would get back with me to let me know what he found. 3 days later, I call him back because I havent heard anything and left him a voicemail. He never returned my call or voicemail. 2 days later I called Jenesis and left a VM asking them to call me back and let me know the condition of my roof. No call back. 2 days after that I called again and spoke to a woman and I told her that a week prior someone had come to look at my roof, but didnt ever let me know what they found, she looked up my info and told me she would reach out to the person who inspected my roof and get them in touch with me. We are now 3 weeks after the initial inspection, and I have heard nothing back from anyone. Ive placed 2 more calls to the company and gotten the voicemail box both times. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good or fast customer service. Find a different locally owned business to spend your dollars with.

Had Jenesis deal with my hail damage. about a 20K roof job, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The estimator was great. The foreman on the job was great. They kept me informed. They cleaned up after themselves. They SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, and were done when they said they would be. I even brought up a problem wed had repaired from a previous roofer, and Jenni made sure the extra flashing I even had a bit of a problem, and - which is the real way to judge a company. One of the workers broke a light on my home - and Jenni called, let me know, and had a replacement put in by a licensed electrician. It was as painless as it could have been. Top notch from top to bottom. Ive referred them to people i care about, and theyve taken care of them the same way they took care of me.

Jenesis conducted an $18,000 job efficiently within a time period we specified during mid-winter, including roof, gutter, and skylight replacement. I cannot fault the quality of the workmanship. They went beyond my expectations in taking care of any complaints that I had with installation matters. I did have some frustration with the proposal and invoicing process in getting these to match with our insurance companys needs, requiring much more involvement by me than for other roof replacement claims; though some blame for that goes to the insurance company. Delay in replacement of skylights occurred because the initial set had the wrong specifications.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ive been trying to get Jenisis Roofing to fix a leak in a roof they installed for more than 2 years! Theyve come out 3 times and "fixed" it and its still leaking! Ive learned that they never installed the roof correctly in the first place - how hard can this be?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
