I would choose 0 stars if that were an option. Signed a contact to have all work completed in 2 days, its 5 months later and 7 summits had not completed the work they agreed to. Ignores requests for work to be finished. Then sends an email saying sorry you have been in the back burner because of there being so much work and yet still refuses to schedule the remainder of the work that was to be completed in early August! Left trash EVERYWHERE when they did the half the job they did do, i had a sick puppy because of all the their trash that ended up in my yard when they did my neighbors roof after I picked up all their trash from my roof, never even an apology or attempt to fix that. Still had not paid the referral to our neighbor or to myself for work they completed months ago. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. They cannot even honor their own contact.

I am a perfectionist when it comes to anything to do with my home. I have been really impressed with how 7 Summits delivered everything they said they would. They truly exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Zach & Erica were as friendly and knowledgable as could be and explained every repair in detail allowing me to feel very comfortable with our decisions. Erica was even able to get my insurance to buy me brand new air conditioning unit! (not to mention building code upgrades & more) Every tradesman that 7 Summits sent out was clean and professional. Everything was effortless for us and we are very pleased with the finished product. We will be recommending them to friends and family. Clearly a 5-star company.

I worked with Bud after the hailstorm in May, 2014. The storm was on a Thursday, and as I recall he was there by Friday to go over options and explain how the claims process worked. I chose different shingles than I originally had on the house, and he was very helpful in assisting me on my choices. He also replaced some of the exhaust stacks on top of the roof and suggested we paint them (the original builder left them silver). I looked at the roof today (almost 2 years later) and love, love, love my roof. Every aspect of the job from beginning to end (and tons of leg work in between with the insurance claim) were handled promptly, professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I have heard from a reliable source that company encourages discrimination. Giving the right for select people to do their job by locking them out of the computer, with holding pay checks, sending adjustors to the wrong address and giving them the proper resources to do the job. This company condones these actions because the allow it to continue. This ultimately transfers a longer wait time for the customers to get things done. I would choose another roofing company because what if the person they send to your house is the one being discriminated against.

7 Summits put a new roof on our house September 2015. I waited until now to write a review to make sure we had no problems over the winter which we did not. We are very pleased with this roof and especially the appearance. It makes our whole house look so much newer. The six man roofing crew got our roof done in one day and our neighbors down the street were jealous because the roofing company they had took two whole weeks. We had several estimates done and feel the price was quite fair.

My search for an honest roofer who had my best interest in mind was a long and tedious one. Thats ok though, as it led us to Brett. There has never been a moment that we didnt feel like Brett was looking out for us. He helped take care of the hassle with the insurance company and made sure we got as much bang for our buck as we could. The final job was great! Hes even been available to help us with non-roofing recommendations. Best customer service you could ask for.

Nothing but great things to say about this company and specifically, Ben! I have now had 3 roofs replaced (different homes) and 1 repair job in the last 2 years. The crew works hard and is done on schedule. The company stands by their work. The pricing is very fair. The customer service has been bar none the best I have seen and Ben is just a straightforward, kind businessman. 7 Summits should be thankful to have such a great representative!

The 7 Summits Roofing company went above and beyond to replace my roof after a bad hail storm. Ben at 7 Summits was very accommodating with my work schedule and took the time to explain the process and best choices for my new roof. He even came out and met with my insurance guy to ensure that the inspector noted all of the damage and I got the most out of my insurance payout. It was great to work with Ben and the 7 Summits Roofing team!

Incredible! If you need roof repairs etc, look no further, these are your guys! Ben was professional, friendly, and came in on time and under budget. We sold our house and have to move out so we had a tight timeline, and he was able to exceed expectations in every facet. Great roofing company and would recommend to others in El Paso county. 7 Summits Roofing just finished my roof work today in Monument and couldnt be happier! Ben was very polite and responsive to both calls and text and was easy to work with. The workers were prompt and cleaned up the area when the work was completed.
